With the rapid development of China's economy in recent years,the people's housing security system is also increasingly improved,and the demand and construction of affordable housing have increased significantly.At the same time,the shortage of energy has increased consumption has become an important issue affecting social development,the natural environment has been overburdened,and the damage of construction industry to nature is more and more obvious.Due to the special climate of cities in severe cold regions,the energy consumption of buildings in winter is large;at the same time,a large number of existing affordable housing did not consider the ecological design in the design,which increased the living cost of the guaranteed residents and affected the quality of life.In recent years,the state has focused on the construction of affordable housing and ecological design of buildings.Some provinces and cities in China have started the construction of ecological affordable housing,and to a certain extent,reduce energy consumption and reduce the damage to the natural environment.At present,cities in severe cold regions are actively promoting energy-saving and ecological design of buildings.At the same time,with the rapid development of public rental housing construction,in order to encourage and promote the research of ecological architecture and related fields,a large number of policies and regulations related to ecological design of buildings have been promulgated.Taking the existing affordable housing in major cities in severe cold regions as an example,this paper analyzes and arranges the climate in Changchun,studies the ecological construction achievements and technical achievements of affordable housing at home and abroad.Through a large number of field research and academic and network data collection of indemnificatory housing in major cities in severe cold regions,through refining and data sorting,and using calculation As the main design and analysis means,the digital software simulation technology summarizes the ecological affordable housing design strategy suitable for Changchun special climate from the design level of the internal space environment of the building.The paper consists of five chapters,which are divided into the following parts according to the structure of the article: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the significance and purpose of the research paper,summarizes the status quo at home and abroad,and clarifies the overall situation of the topic and the research methods of the problem,so as to serve as the guidance of the whole article.The second chapter investigates the current situation of indemnificatory housing,investigates the internal space environment of indemnificatory housing in Changchun in the form of questionnaire,and arranges the data.In the third chapter,combined with the evaluation standard of "green buildingevaluation standard",software simulation and data analysis are carried out for the ecological design of existing affordable housing in severe cold areas,so as to objectively evaluate the existing problems of affordable housing.In the fourth chapter,according to the concept of building ecological design,the ecological design strategy of the interior space environment of affordable housing in severe cold areas is proposed,and the application simulation is carried out by software.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.Through the above research,this paper summarizes the whole paper,and explains the shortcomings of the research and the prospects for future development.
