Research On Construction Project Change Based On Text Mining

Due to the long-term nature,complexity and dynamic nature of construction projects,it is impossible to foresee and cover any changes that occur in the process of project implementation,and engineering changes are inevitable.From the perspective of engineering construction,engineering change pays attention to and improves the engineering construction standards and safety,so as to meet the requirements of construction.Based on the above background,this study chooses the project change as the research object,and takes the authors full participation in the project of Suzhou Hushu Guan Hongye Neighborhood Center Phase ? project according to the actual work experience.Through the collection of a series of documents such as the visa order in the project and taking this as the research data source,the text mining model is built based on the text mining theory to realize the high-efficiency and high-precision data-driven.After text filtering and sorting,the change files are classified into three types of data:change time,change cost and change content.And the Python programming language is used to complete the text mining algorithm,to capture the required keywords from the changed content text for quantitative analysis.Through the sorting and quantitative analysis of the change documents,the actual situation and problems of the change in the case project can be better analyzed in depth,and the factors affecting the project change and the impact of the change on the project schedule,cost and quality can be found.Aiming at the problems existing in engineering change management and combining with the theory of project life cycle management,relevant strategies and Suggestions are put forward to improve the engineering change management system in China,and provide some references for the problems existing in engineering change management in China.In theory,engineering change is one of the main contents of engineering project management research,and in practice,it is a key factor affecting the three major objectives of construction project--cost,schedule and quality.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the research on engineering change management for thesmooth realization of construction project objectives.Compared with the complexity of engineering change management in practice,the study of engineering change management in this paper is insignificant.I hope this paper can play a certain role in the study of engineering change management.
