With the development of energy Internet, the status of distribution network in the power system is becoming more and more important, and the corresponding planning standards and investment will gradually increase. At present, the distribution network planning, investment and operation and maintenance management in most areas of China still rely on manual management. The planning decision-making process and results verification all rely on the experience of the staff, which can not meet the needs of high-quality development. Therefore, this paper studies the optimization planning of distribution network and the reliability improvement of substation operation and maintenance, constructs the grid division model of power supply based on K-means clustering and simulated annealing genetic algorithm, proposes a planning decision-making method based on multi-objective,and designs the operation and maintenance management tool of substation area based on the concept of big data.Firstly, the fuzzy theory is used to quantitatively analyze the influence of the development of energy Internet on the selection of load density parameters,so as to reflect the influence of comprehensive energy, electric vehicles and distributed photovoltaic on space load.Considering the planning purpose, geographical location, load density, reliability requirements and other factors,a power supply unit division method based on clustering concept is proposed to solve the problem that the number and scale of power supply units can not be determined in manual planning. Then, taking the minimum crossing of natural signs and the closest comprehensive distance from the superior substation as the objective, the power supply load scale and the mutual accessibility of power supply units are taken as constraints, and the power supply units and grid generation objectives, constraints and methods are modeled, and the grid generation optimization is realized. After determining the power supply grid,a distribution network objective network planning model is constructed, which takes the load center, the current situation of road network and the status of electrical connection as the basic situation, takes the minimum investment of new lines as the goal, comprehensively considers the constraints of power supply capacity, power supply reliability and power supply radius, and takes decision tree as the solution. Then,in order to determine the annual investment strategy, carry out the diagnosis and analysis of the current power grid, and form the problem set that needs to be solved urgently.Based on the diagnosis and analysis results and the target grid structure, the investment strategy optimization model is constructed with the investment capacity as the constraint, and the optimization of the power supply capacity and the realization of the target grid capacity as the goal.Taking an urban area as an example, the grid division, load forecasting, medium and long-term development goals and investment strategy modeling analysis of the area are completed, and the medium and long-term development goals and medium and short-term investment strategies are formed. On the basis of realizing the optimization of medium and low voltage core network structure, this paper also studies the optimization of operation and maintenance management of the substation area in terms of how to evaluate the station area status and determine the operation and maintenance scheme of the substation area based on the relevant monitoring data, puts forward a kind of operation and maintenance management tool for the front-line staff, and designs the basic system And a simple demo version is developed based on Android operating system.
