Coal is the most abundant energy resource and the most stable and reliable strategic resource in China.At present,coal power technology is developing in two directions,one is to carry out ultra-low emission energy saving transformation of stock units,the other is to develop high efficiency and energy saving secondary reheat power generation technology.Because of the advantages of low coal consumption,high thermal efficiency and less pollutant discharge,the secondary reheat unit is becoming one of the technologies widely used in coal power units in China.As the world’s leading power generation technology,the design,procurement,processing and manufacturing of secondary reheat units,equipment installation,commissioning and operation,maintenance and maintenance of the entire industrial chain are worthy of study and attention.In particular,the installation and construction of a stable power generation system is more worthy of study.In the construction of power station unit,the installation of boiler equipment is the key path through the whole project construction,among which the most difficult one should be the large installation of boiler heating surface.At present,tower boilers are more and more widely used because of their good coal adaptability,small area and easy bearing new technology.Because of the different arrangement and position of the upper temperature regulating baffle,the hoisting and installation process of the tower boiler is also different.In this paper,the selection of hoisting equipment,hoisting technology and hoisting points are optimized by analyzing the technical defects and short plates of the traditional installation technology,and a new type of hoisting of the heating surface inside the tower boiler is studied and determined In this paper,the optimum construction technology and method of tower boiler are determined by comparing the optimal arrangement of heating surface hoisting machinery,hoisting sequence technology and hoisting point optimization.There are three main areas of work.The first is to research the selection of hoisting machinery for heating surface inside boiler.Compared with the layout method of the heating surface hoisting machinery in the traditional tower boiler,this paper analyzes and finds out the reasons why the traditional hoisting machinery restricts the progress of the project,and adopts the method of modeling analysis and data comparison.Combined with the new generation of intelligent control,the hoisting requirement can be satisfied by horizontal movement.The second is to study the hoisting process of boiler internal heating surface.This paper compares the technology of traditional layer-by-layer moving hoisting equipment to hoist the heating surface in the furnace,analyzes the influence of the time limit and benefit caused by the frequent mechanical installation,finds out a new type of furnace heating surface transverse module combination,vertical series hoisting furnace heating surface integrated hoisting process,optimizes the order of hoisting from both sides of the boiler to the center of the furnace,which can reduce the cost by 18%and shorten the hoisting period by about 22%.The third is to study the selection of heating surface lifting point in furnace.Compared with the traditional tower boiler heating surface hoisting point position and the traditional wire rope binding equipment hoisting technology,finite element analysis,reasonable selection of hoisting point position,avoid the traditional hoisting deformation problem,improve the installation quality and appearance of the project,compared with the traditional hoisting point selection can reduce the risk of heat transfer pipe deformation.Fourth,the installation process is successfully applied to practical engineering projects,which verifies the feasibility and reliability of the installation process,and obtains good economic and social benefits.Through the research work of the above aspects,this paper effectively solves the key technical problems such as uncoordinated operation of hoisting equipment,frequent installation of hoisting equipment,equipment hoisting deformation and easy collision,avoids the risks of safety,quality and efficiency in the construction of secondary reheat super supercritical tower boiler,improves the overall management performance of the project,ensures that the project is transferred to production according to the design standard and high quality,forms a complete set of process and technical system suitable for efficient installation of heating surface in tower boiler,and promotes the technical progress of high parameter and large capacity coal motor group.
