| As using double reheat is one of the three development directions of the ultrasupercritical power technology,double reheat technology needs more input,but it can reduce the consumption of coal substantially,it will get better economic and environmental protection benefits.Before the success of the new nickel-based superalloy material’s manufacture,double reheat technology in ultra-supercritical units is better choice,at the same time,it also prepares for using double reheat technology in 700℃ units.The design of heating surface is one of the most important things of the technology of double reheat ultra-supercritical tower boiler.We will do some thermodynamic calculation using the single reheat ultra-supercritical tower boiler thermodynamic calculation software and research on the design of heating surface by the contrast of double reheat ultrasupercritical tower boiler and single reheat ultra-supercritical tower boiler basic on the thermodynamic calculation outcome.Through the thermodynamic calculation and research,we know that,design of heating surface and the thermodynamic calculation of double reheat ultra-supercritical tower boiler are much more complicated than that of single reheat ultra-supercritical tower boiler,the heat absorption capacity of superheater in the double reheat ultra-supercritical tower boiler are reduced,and these of reheater are increased,besides,the division wall,gas flap and combined heating suface can improve the quality of reheat steam,the reasonable layout of these units can improve the safty,reliability and efficiency of the boiler. |
