Affected by the global economic environment,China's economic growth rate is also slowing down,and the growth of power demand is correspondingly reduced.According to the data statistics released by the national energy administration,the problem of overcapacity in power plants is gradually emerging.Due to congenital reasons,coal-fired power plants will face severe tests in energy consumption,air pollution,energy security and other issues.In order to withstand the test of the times and survive for a long time,coal-fired power plants must make efforts to reduce operating costs.As the maintenance cost is the main component of the cost structure of coal-fired power plants,the analysis of common faults in thermal power plants has practical significance to reduce maintenance costs,improve economic benefits,and improve the performance and safety of equipment.Boiler steam water system is an important part of coal-fired power plant.Whether the steam water system can operate safely and stably is directly related to whether the generator set can operate safely and normally.As an important equipment in steam water system,feed pump has more complex internal structure and auxiliary equipment than other pumps.Once an accident occurs,it will directly affect the normal operation of steam water system.Moreover,the maintenance cycle of feed water pump unit is generally longer,the impact of equipment outage is greater,the loss is more serious,and its operation and maintenance costs are relatively high.Therefore,the analysis of common faults of feed water pump is helpful to maintain the normal operation of the power plant,reduce the auxiliary power consumption of the power plant,and then reduce the operation cost.In this paper,the boiler steam water system of coal-fired power plant is taken as the research object,and the main equipment feed water pump is taken as the research carrier.The analysis of boiler water supply system in thermal power plant,the common faults and repair of feed water pump,periodic inspection method and optimization are studied1.Through the situation analysis of various types of power plants,taking coalfired power plants as the research subject,this paper analyzes the cost composition and production process flow of thermal power plants,analyzes the driving mode of boiler feed water pump,and extensively reads the relevant research literature at home and abroad,providing theoretical guidance for the follow-up research.2.The working principle and performance parameters of the main equipment and related equipment of the coal-fired power plant water supply system are analyzed,and the five components of the water supply system are analyzed.Combined with the production and operation data of the main equipment of the enterprise in recent years,it provides theoretical and data support for the subsequent fault analysis and maintenance.3.According to the actual situation of the enterprise,the fault types are classified,and it is found that the seal failure of the feed water pump is the main type of the failure.Through the analysis of the sealing principle,the causes of the seal failure are identified,and the solutions are proposed for the existing sealing mode of the feed water pump,so as to improve the reliability of the mechanical seal.This paper analyzes the fault causes of feed pump shaft fracture,feed pump core package wear,feed pump turbine control valve stem fracture,feed pump oil seal burning,feed pump balance plate cracking,feed pump blade fracture,and puts forward solutions.4.The main maintenance tasks of electric feed pump of boiler in power plant are summarized.At the same time,in order to reduce the time cost of maintenance and the influence of actual production related to the enterprise occupied by the maintenance,the mechanical structure optimization to reduce the inspection cost is proposed.5.According to the common bad operation of maintenance personnel,this paper summarizes the common mistakes in maintenance,so as to avoid the damage to the electric feed pump of boiler in power plant.This paper expounds the influence of management system on the factory and how to make the existing process play a better role.
