Since the end of the 20 th century,with the gradual acceleration of the pace of reform and opening up,as well as the rapid progress of economic globalization,as one of the important factors affecting the pace of the world economy,"transnational corporations" in China has also made unprecedented great progress.With their advanced technology and rich experience,these companies have a relatively clear advantage after entering the Chinese market.However,as the global auto industry continues to slow down,and now the local auto parts companies in China has achieved rapid development,in view of the above factors,today's multinational companies "superiority" has been significantly weakened,replaced by a number of risks and challenges.How to formulate a strategy according to the actual environment "tailoring" in the changing market makes the enterprise invincible,which is the key research problem of this thesis.In this paper,C auto parts enterprises as the research object,first through the comprehensive analysis of the company's internal environment to get the company's existing problems,as well as strengths and weaknesses,and then by means of macro-environmental analysis of the company's current external environment,including political,economic,social and technical environment and other factors to do in-depth analysis;Thus,the development opportunities and existing threats faced by enterprises are summarized,and then,through SWOT analysis,we can arrive at an optional enterprise development strategy plan,and further clarify what strategic objectives the company should adopt according to its mediumand long-term goals and corporate mission,vision,etc.Finally,the strategic safeguards needed to achieve the strategic objectives are further proposed to ensure that the strategy is completed on schedule and smoothly.Through the research of the relevant strategy of this enterprise,it is not only a practice of the theoretical knowledge of strategic management,but also has realistic significance: to help C auto parts company to seek a strategy suitable for its own development,so that enterprises can develop the Chinese market more quickly and realize the sustained,stable and healthy development of their business in China;Therefore,this paper has realistic guiding significance and reference value for other foreign counterparts to realize their sustained and healthy development in China.
