Research On The Development Strategy For Tianjin Yazaki Auto Parts Co.,Ltd

With China’s accession to the World Trade Organization(WTO)and the acceleration of global economic integration,China’s auto industry has been developing rapidly,attracting a large number of foreign enterprises producing auto parts to invest directly in China to seek better opportunities and platforms,and the competition in the domestic and international auto parts market has become increasingly fierce.As a large-scale and technologically advanced foreign-funded auto parts manufacturer in Tianjin,Tianjin Yazaki Auto Parts Co.How to formulate a medium-and long-term development strategy suitable for its own characteristics and maintain a sustainable competitive advantage is a problem that the company needs to solve at present.This paper takes Tianjin Yazaki Auto Parts Co.,Ltd.as an example,and it is important to study its development strategy.By using PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces model,SWOT model analysis and other methods to analyze the external environment and internal resources of the company,we found that the company is facing more opportunities than threats,but there are some disadvantages,such as imperfect management system,high production and management costs,and insufficient market development.Therefore,the company should adopt a reversal development strategy,i.e.,take advantage of its own advantages to grasp opportunities and avoid disadvantages,further optimize and adjust the internal organizational structure,improve work efficiency,strengthen cooperation with suppliers,reduce management costs in procurement and transportation,increase product technology development,upgrade production equipment,improve equipment utilization rate,and achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase.In addition,it is necessary to optimize capital operation management,strengthen human resource management,promote information construction,and establish sound systems to ensure the smooth realization of the above development strategy goals.Meanwhile,Tianjin Yazaki Auto Parts Co.,Ltd,as one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries owned by Japan Yazaki Group in China,is an important representative in the domestic auto parts industry,therefore,this paper aims to provide practical guidance and suggestions for other foreign auto parts enterprises to promote their long-term healthy development in China.
