In this paper,through the solidification treatment of soft soil,a layer of artificial hard shell with certain thickness and strength is quickly formed on the surface of soft soil foundation,so that it can meet the needs of engineering construction equipment for site construction.The artificial hard shell has the advantages of fast construction speed,high strength and low cost.From the point of view of the solidification mechanism of lime-soil and cement foundation,the solidification mechanism of lime-soil and cement-stabilized soil foundation and the factors affecting the strength are mainly expounded in this paper.On this basis,the powder curing agent prepared by mixing cement,fly ash and activator was studied,and the indoor tests of different ages and different mixing ratios were carried out.The variation rule of unconfined compressive strength with age and mixing ratio was given.According to the research results of indoor strength test,the engineering practice in Yingkou coastal area has been carried out.Satisfactory results have also been obtained by using,collecting,sorting out,analyzing and verifying the relevant test data in the actual engineering process.Based on the indoor plate load test,soft soil in Yingkou coastal beach area is selected to test artificial hard shell with different strength and thickness.The influence degree of bearing capacity and deformation of solidified foundation with the change of elastic modulus and thickness of artificial hard shell is deeply analyzed,and the relationship between the bearing capacity of solidified foundation and the elastic modulus thickness of artificial hard shell is obtained.It is concluded that increasing the thickness of artificial hard shell can effectively improve the bearing capacity of foundation,and the effect is far better than that of increasing the elastic modulus.Finally,some work done in this paper is summarized and the next research content is prospected.
