Information-based equipment support has higher requirements for information and data security.Traditional after-sales equipment maintenance methods in the industry are mainly on-site support and telephone support,which are highly dependent on individuals to record,feedback and answer questions.Support personnel often have to deal with multiple types of equipment from multiple manufacturers,and match multiple types of parameters and data,resulting in low efficiency.Due to its particularity,information equipment has strict behavioral audit requirements for daily operations,and this audit information is used to trace daily operations afterwards.This thesis mainly analyzes how to make full use of the data generated in equipment support process,discover the deep relations and rules hidden in these data,and help users efficiently query and solve problems.The major purpose of this thesis is building the equipment support information model and complete the system,through the existing support models and analysis of user needs,including:(1)Establish a feasible equipment support information model,through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing models in the field of equipment support informatization.The model has the function of ensuring online information question and answer,through workflow technology,the collaboration between support personnel,approval personnel and equipment manufacturers is realized.(2)Propose a standard audit format,according to the development trend of equipment support.Integrate multiple types of support data such as user information,equipment information,and log information into a unified format,which facilitates the management and data mining of audit data,and provides a standard interface for future needs.(3)Realize quick recommendation of support information through data mining.User collaborative filtering method is used to obtain the similarity between users,and association rule mining is used to obtain the internal association between the equipment support area and the equipment development manufacturer.These methods make quick recommendation of support information for current online users possible.Based on the demand analysis and model characteristics,this thesis completed the design and development of equipment support information system function.Information-based equipment has data downloading and filling functions,and needs to be replaced regularly.Regarding these features of information equipment,conducts system function and performance tests,through simulateing the support data of the embodiment system.The results show that the model and system can help support personnel to improve equipment support efficiency.At the same,this system could cooperate with other business system to recommend the support information with different support data,which is of great significance to the construction of our army's future comprehensive information support system and knowledge base.
