Technical And Economic Analysis On The Establishment Of T Co,Ltd.Manganese Cargo Fleet Between China And Ghana

The Ghana-China route is an unpopular route,with fewer ships and types of ships,high transportation costs,and high price volatility.With the saturation of the shipping capacity of the international shipping market,the current supply of the new international shipbuilding market is greater than the demand.Considering the risk of freight capacity,cost factors,and current cost advantages of shipbuilding,this paper proposes to set up a consignment fleet of manganese ore for the China-Ghana route Operation mode to reduce transportation costs,enhance the ability to resist risks in the freight market,and improve corporate efficiency.In this paper,the investigation method,literature research method,case analysis and economic and technical analysis are used to analyze the case of shipbuilding project,and the profit and loss balance analysis and sensitivity analysis in technical economics are used to verify the feasibility of building a manganese ore transport fleet on China-Ghana route.It is concluded that the internal revenue of the enterprise's self-supporting ship transportation of manganese ore from Ghana is high and the safety factor of the project is high.At the same time,the analysis shows that the market freight rate and fuel cost are the main factors affecting the operation cost of the cargo fleet.Therefore,it is suggested that the shipowner should reasonably adjust the combined proportion of fleet transportation and chartering transportation to control the risk and minimize the transportation cost.
