China's construction industry has continuously developed in recent years,however,there are still problems such as low production efficiency and the loss of information,resulting in waste of resources and energy.Building Information Model(BIM)is a new production technology and production tool,which has caused revolutionary changes in design and construction methods in the construction industry since it was born.BIM technology is based on a three-dimensional model,with functions such as information storage,transmission,and sharing.It is oriented to the full life cycle of construction projects and greatly improves the efficiency of production and operation of construction projects.At present,BIM technology has been widely promoted and applied in developed countries such as Europe and the United States.However,BIM technology is mainly applied in large public buildings in China,and there are still obstacles in localized modeling,information sharing and transmission.Through combing the research status and the application of BIM core modeling software,this thesis took the refrigeration room,which contained the largest number of equipment types and quantities in the HVAC system,as an example to carry out the parametric modeling and engineering application.Using Autodesk Revit as the modeling software for this project,on the basis of the three-dimensional model of the refrigeration machine room,Microsoft Visual Studio 2017,C# programming language and related BIM software were employed to develop the BIM application technology,and constructed parameterized models for refrigeration room.The research focus includes the following aspects:(1)Established a family library of parameterized equipment for refrigeration rooms.According to the different characteristics of each equipment in the refrigeration room,this thesis constructed a parameterized equipment family,proposed the family establishment process and steps,and constructed a complete library of refrigeration room,which included water chilling unit,cooling tower,water pump,demineralized water equipment,heat exchanger,etc.The equipment family library can directly call the required equipment family to create a model,reduce engineering design workload,and improve modeling efficiency.(2)Established a parameterized realization software for the refrigeration room based on the Revit platform.Combining the Revit platform,the Visual Studio 2017 development tools and C # language,and the secondary development software for the selection and application of parameterized equipment in the refrigeration room was carried out.Through linking the three-dimensional modeling,equipment selection,model information program and Revit software,the BIM parametric modeling process of the refrigeration room was unified,which realized rapid design and complete information transmission.(3)Applied BIM technology in an engineering example of refrigeration room.With the background of a refrigeration room project in an office building in Jinzhou City,the developed parametric modeling program for the refrigeration room was applied to the engineering design stage to verify the feasibility and convenience of the developed functional commands.This thesis proposed parametric modeling process,steps,equipment family library and its engineering application for refrigeration room,which can improve the design efficiency and the complete information transmission.As an important part of HVAC engineering,the use of Revit parametric method to explore the modeling technology of refrigeration room will promote the development and application of BIM technology of HVAC engineering.
