In recent years,due to the influence of climate and upstream water,the ecological environment in the western part of Jilin province gradually deteriorated,so it is urgent to construct the water supply project in the west of Jilin Province.The emergency water supply project of Chuantou reservoir in Shuangliao is the water conveyance project of western water supply project.The project has a long water delivery distance,the operation of pump units is changeable,and the hydraulic transients is complex.Once the water hammer accident occurs,the damage will be inestimable.In particular,the water hammer caused by pump stop accident is often large,which seriously threatens the safety of the project.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a detailed analysis of the hydraulic transients of the water delivery system,so as to find reasonable and effective protection measures of water hammer.This study is of great significance for optimizing the design of the pump station and pipeline,and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the project.Based on the basic principle and method of hydraulic transients calculation,this paper establishes the digital-analog boundary conditions of different hydraulic components and water hammer protection equipment of pumping station water delivery system.Combined with the operation mode and operating conditions of the pump station,with the help of water hammer analysis software Pipe2012:Surge,the hydraulic transients of emergency water supply project of Chuantou reservoir in western Jilin Province is analyzed and calculated.The maximum pressure rise,pressure drop and pump reversal of the water delivery pipeline system is compared and analyzed under different closing modes and closing rules of the active valve,different sizes of the air vacuum valve,different setting parameters of the bladder tank,different opening conditions of the surge anticipation valve and pressure relief valve,and different positions and sizes of the surge tank.Determine the best protection measures of water hammer,as well as the corresponding equipment model,parameters and installation location.Check the selected protection measures of water hammer under the single,double pump,different water levels under the operating conditions.Because of the particularity of the water delivery direction of the project,the protection measures of water hammer in the project are complicated.Compared with a lot of analysis and calculation results show that in order to ensure the transient pressure of the water delivery system,the reverse speed and time of the pump meet the relevant regulations,the active valve,air vacuum valve,bladder tank and other pressure relief valves should be used together,and the closing law of the active valve should be set reasonably to achieve the best water hammer protection effect.The measures taken canalso provide an important reference for the protection of water hammer in similar long-distance water supply projects in the future.
