In order to better carry out the comprehensive evaluation of dike safety engineering,the FAHP method is studied.Under the guidance of the current national standards and guidelines,combined with the characteristics of Xuzhou dike engineering safety management,and considering the operation management,project quality,flood control standard,seepage safety,structural safety and cross building safety,the safety of the Yellow River dike project in Xuzhou City is constructed The comprehensive evaluation index system of dike safety is divided into four categories,one is safety,the second is basic safety,the third is unsafe,and the fourth is extremely unsafe.At the same time,the expert consultation method is used to collect the index parameters,establish the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)model,analyze the index parameters,and calculate the weight of the four level indexes.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation results of the dike safety engineering are obtained by the comprehensive calculation of the fuzzy evaluation matrix and the weight gain system.The calculation process ensures that the weight value of each level index passes the consistency test and meets the accuracy requirements.The evaluation model is perfect later,the comprehensive safety evaluation model of the old Yellow River(Hepingqiao?Hanqiao section)in Xuzhou City is studied.The safety evaluation index system of the Yellow River(Hepingqiao?Hanqiao section)in Xuzhou City is constructed,including 6 first-class indexes,14 second-class indexes and 12 third-class indexes,which are further subdivided into qualitative and quantitative ones Index set of large categories.The qualitative index adopts the method of expert scoring and evaluation,and the relevant experts of the Municipal Water Affairs Bureau are invited to score directly,and the membership degree is obtained through numerical calculation based on the fuzzy statistical principle;the quantitative index is to compare and analyze the index value obtained from the actual measurement and calculation with the value specified in the specification,and obtain the membership degree according to the comparison score result.Finally,the safety of the Yellow River(Hepingqiao?Hanqiao section)in Xuzhou City is comprehensively evaluated and classified.The conclusion is that the comprehensive safety of the Yellow River(Hepingqiao?Hanqiao section)in Xuzhou City is 84.71,and the comprehensive grade is"basic safety",which is in line with the actual situation.The results are analyzed and reasonable management suggestions are put forward.
