Contract disputes are common problems in engineering projects.The emergence of contract disputes may delay the project construction period,increase the cost of the project,and affect the quality of the project.Especially when the dispute escalates to the legal path,it will give the project itself and the project parties irreparable damage.From the perspective of the contractor,it is very important to clarify the relationship between the two parties when the contract is signed,how to make a quick proof when the dispute is litigating,and to predict the judgment based on the current information.The thesis combines knowledge management and engineering project dispute management,and studies the knowledge management issues of engineering project dispute cases,and provides research ideas for the realization of engineering project dispute management knowledge sharing and reuse.The thesis firstly discusses the dangers of the project disputes,the current deficiencies in dispute handling in our country,and the necessity of implementing engineering disputes knowledge management.On this basis,the definition of project dispute knowledge management is proposed,and the framework of project dispute knowledge management is constructed.The early stage of knowledge reuse is the acquisition and expression of knowledge.This article takes judgments of engineering project disputes as the source of knowledge.Through the study of legal judgment documents of previous years and relevant national model texts,information related to engineering project disputes was extracted.For the purpose of reusing project dispute case knowledge,the knowledge ontology of project dispute cases was constructed and implemented by Protégé.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional case retrieval methods in text attribute similarity measurement,this paper introduces natural language processing technology into case-based reasoning.The word vectors in the field of engineering disputes were obtained by training a large number of cases of judgments of engineering project disputes,which made the case-based reasoning technology have the ability to understand unstructured long text.In addition,this article takes into account the user's knowledge requirement.Different users and the same user at different times may have different knowledge requirements.The preset fixed case feature weights may cause the retrieval case not satisfying the actual requirement of the user.This article combines the G1 method and the entropy weight method,so that users can dynamically adjust the weight of each feature attribute according to their actual knowledge requirements in each search,so as to retrieve the cases they need.
