In recent years,vocational colleges have continuously expanded their enrollment and consumption of electricity.However,due to historical environmental factors at the time,some schools have problems such as low substation construction standards,aging main equipment,insufficient capacity,and inability to monitor energy consumption.Meet the electricity requirements of normal teaching,scientific research and life.This thesis studies and designs the 10 k V power capacity expansion and energy saving and other issues of a college's power expansion and renovation project in Gansu,thereby increasing the energy consumption measurement,data statistics,data analysis,energy saving analysis and energy saving indicators of campus building facilities Management provides experimental data support for data processing,remote transmission and dynamic analysis of building energy consumption data.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the school,s power supply and distribution system,this thesise mainly does the following work: First,the system power load analysis is carried out,a new power supply and distribution room is designed,and a main power supply is added.Power supply,the original power supply is changed to a backup power supply.After the expansion,the main power supply capacity is 3680 KVA,and the backup power supply capacity is 1630 KVA.The original power distribution room is transformed into a central power distribution room,and the power distribution room location planned by the construction unit is newly built There are 2 10 k V power distribution rooms,of which one800 k VA transformer is installed in 1# distribution room,and one 1250 KVA transformer is installed in 2# distribution room.Secondly,the energy consumption monitoring system is designed.The system is based on the open source Spring3.0+My Batis3.0,uses a basic framework of Boot Strap on HTML5,and adopts the BS/CS software architecture to collect energy consumption data,real-time communication,and Remote transmission,automatic classification statistics,data analysis,index comparison,chart display,report management,data storage,data upload and other functions have been designed for the system.The practicality,scalability,openness and maintainability of the system are considered in the design And the convenience of operation.The system can use remote transmission and other means to collect energy consumption data,collect energy consumption data as required,and upload the encoded data to the superior energy consumption monitoring center for encryption and online monitoring.Through system design and actual commissioning and operation,the system runs stably,realizes remote monitoring of campus energy conservation,and meets the requirements of the school for energy conservation and emission reduction.
