With the improvement of people's living standards,cars have become an indispensable means of transportation in our life.Electric vehicles have been developing rapidly in recent years because of the problems of energy consumption and environmental pollution caused by the extensive use of traditional cars.However,the noise of electric vehicles is too low in the process of low speed driving,which is a huge potential safety hazard for pedestrians or non-motor vehicle drivers.China officially promulgated the corresponding national standard for electric vehicles' low-speed beep in 2019.The above problems,the author of this paper to develop electric cars outside warning tone of the voice device research,including the basic function of this device for: implementation according to different operation condition the car in the car outside the traditional engine sounds as a warning sound,and issued a warning sound to remind people cannot produce additional environmental noise pollution at the same time.In this paper,the traditional engine noise is firstly studied and analyzed,and the order harmonic component of the off-vehicle noise recorded on the chassis dynamometer in different driving conditions is analyzed to realize the order information tracking and extraction of engine sound.Then,from the perspective of the auditory characteristics of human ears and psychoacoustics,the voice control strategy of the warning sound device outside the vehicle is formulated.A simulated warning sound is synthesized through software simulation,and the authenticity and comfort level of the synthesized warning sound is analyzed through psychoacoustics evaluation of subjective and objective sound quality.Based on the DSP realizes the car alarm tone of the voice device prototype structures of the hardware and the software application development,and through the PC real-time vehicle CAN bus data,with electric motor car alarm sound voice device simulation of real vehicle tests,and combining the subjective and objective quality evaluation method to this device synthesis warning sound of sound quality analysis,verify the feasibility of this device package.
