With the increasing shortage of energy and the enhancement of people's awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection,heat pump technology,as a new energy technology,is widely used in air conditioning and other industrial fields.With the rapid development of tourism industry,self driving travel mode is favored by more people.As a special mobile car,RV should not only provide the necessities of life,but also meet the comfortable living environment.In this paper,based on the heat pump cycle,aiming at the problem that the RV can not provide domestic hot water and insufficient refrigeration and heating for a long time during the journey,a set of waste heat utilization type RV heat pump system which can provide domestic hot water and seasonal refrigeration and heating at any time is designed by making full use of the waste heat of the engine and the external low-temperature environment.In this paper,the heat pump system of RV will be studied by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.Firstly,the specific design flow chart is given through theoretical analysis,and the function application under different working conditions is analyzed;the heat load of a certain RV is calculated theoretically;at the same time,the relevant parameters under the heating mode of a certain RV are selected for thermodynamic analysis and design calculation of the heat pump system.Then,according to the design parameters,a three-dimensional model of the evaporator fin of the heat pump system is established,and the heat transfer and resistance characteristics of the air side of the fin under different Reynolds numbers are analyzed.The fin structure of the composite evaporator is optimized,and the influence of the fin height,fin height and turning zone length on the fin performance is proposed The change law of heat transfer performance of generator.Through the study of the heat pump system,the thermal parameters of each state point under the corresponding working conditions are obtained,and the structural parameters of each component are determined.At the same time,the performance of louver fin is better than that of flat fin;the higher the inlet velocity,the better the heat transfer performance,and the lowest flow velocity in the center of louver fin with stage distribution.The results show that the comprehensive performance of the fin is the best when the angle of louver is 20°,the performance of the fin is the best when the Reynolds number is low,and the performance of the fin with the height of 8mm is better when the Reynolds number is higher;the length of S2in the turning zone has little effect on the heat transfer performance of the fin.
