Research On The Design Of Small Cleaning Vehicle In Urban Community Based On Humanization

With the development of urbanization in China,the population and the number of communities in cities are increasing rapidly.People begin to pay attention to the cleanliness of urban community environment.The cleanliness and comfort of urban community environment has a direct impact on the quality of life of urban residents.The cleanliness and comfort of urban community environment has a direct impact on the quality of life of urban residents.As an important cleaning equipment,small cleaning vehicle plays an irreplaceable role in the cleaning work of urban communities in China.Our country now produces the small clean car often the function is single,in the product design lacks the humanization concern to the clean worker,cannot satisfy the present city community clean worker when the work to the small clean car multifunctional,the high efficiency demand.The purpose of this research is to use the humanized design concept in the context of the urbanization process to deeply explore the design of the small cleaning car frequently used by urban community cleaning workers,so as to design a small cleaning car suitable for urban community cleaning workers.In this paper,through the overview of urban communities and small clean cars,focusing on the cleaning of the urban community environment in the problems and the development of small clean cars at home and abroad were described,and the future development trend of small clean cars in urban communities was explored.Through the in-depth study of humanization theory,combined with design aesthetics,design psychology,ergonomics and other theories,the design of humanized urban community small clean car was analyzed and discussed.Combined with the investigation of the urban community environment and the cleaning workers,we have a deep understanding of the needs of users and summarized the deficiencies of the products.Through the analysis of the product function,form,color,material and other aspects,the sketch was drawn,and the optimal scheme was selected according to the evaluation of the user group.Finally,the design practice of humanized urban community small clean car was completed,and the design scheme was analyzed.With the help of computer aided software,the product design scheme is modeled and rendered digitally,and the design scheme renderings of small cleaning cars in urban communities are displayed.A good city image promotes the development of urban economy,so in the process of urbanization,the issue of community environmental cleaning is one of the core issues of urban economic development and social progress in China.In this paper,from the perspective of humanistic ideas,to conduct the thorough research to the urban community clean small car design,design practice results will be obtained from the urban community of our country small clean car has a certain reference value for the design and development,the urban community cleaning workers to promote the efficiency of work and the construction of the city's image has a positive impact.
