The large-scale development and utilization of traditional energy has caused serious consequences such as the depletion of natural resources,surface climate change and ecological environment destruction,etc.Photovoltaic power generation and other renewable energy power generation forms have attracted special attention due to their low pollution and renewable characteristics.To create a local suitable for clean energy production and consumption patterns,Luliang City has made full use of its own advantages and resource endowment,and gradually started to layout and continuously accelerate the construction of solar photovoltaic power generation projects.However,photovoltaic power generation has the characteristics of low inertia,randomness,volatility and so on,which has a great impact on the safe and stable operation of the local micro grid.Large-scale access of photovoltaic power generation to the grid will reduce the moment of inertia of the system,and the fluctuation of photovoltaic power will have a great adverse impact on the frequency stability of the local grid.How to use photovoltaic power in a large and efficient way to reduce the impact on power grid security has become an urgent research topic.Aiming at the problem of consumption control in the process of distributed photovoltaic power generation construction and grid connection,based on the background and current situation of Lvliang distributed photovoltaic power generation construction,This article innovatively proposes a solution to control distributed photovoltaic power generation based on battery energy storage systems,which can achieve good absorption effect.According to the geographical,resource,policy and other basic conditions of distributed photovoltaic power generation construction in Luliang area,the significance of distributed photovoltaic power generation construction is expounded.Through in-depth study on the internal working principle of photovoltaic cells,the power output characteristics of photovoltaic power station are obtained,and the power output model is modeled by Fourier mathematics and polynomial.The research on the grid connected structure of photovoltaic array involves the principle of software phase-locked SPLL and the theory of ABC-? ? transformation.The structure diagram of distributed photovoltaic power generation system is designed,and the mathematical models of photovoltaic power output,load,synchronous generator and other system structural elements are established respectively.The simplified power control strategy of photovoltaic power generation system is proposed.Based on the photovoltaic project in Lan county of Luliang City,the accuracy of the mathematical model and control strategy is verified,and the function of distributed photovoltaic power generation system is demonstrated The necessity of rate accommodation control.By constructing the simplified and principle model of distributed photovoltaicpower generation system with energy storage,combined with the classification and characteristics of energy storage devices,new strategies such as virtual synchronous control of distributed photovoltaic generation based on battery energy storage system(BESS)and load steep rise and drop control are proposed.The simulation results based on PSCAD/EMTDC platform verify the strategies of virtual synchronous control and load steep rise and fall control It has good power fluctuation control and photovoltaic energy consumption.
