The "Zero-energy Consumption Building” doesn't mean the building without energy consumption.It means that it balances the consumption and production of the building through the various energy-saving measures and the full implementation of renewable energy.In other words,the consumption of non-renewable energy of the building is zero.The analysis object is Cultural and Sports Center located in northeast side of the interaction of the Jiefang South Road and Outerring Road.In this paper,a zero-energy green building which balances the consumption and production is built by the centralized monitoring and management for the systems of the whole project using the automatic control of the building weak power system and production system.Firstly,this paper analyzes the structure of weak power intelligent system of the Cultural and Sports Center.Through the analysis,it has the zero consumption optimization on the comprehensive energy scheduling management,equipment power monitoring,prediction of chiller load of energy saving building,prediction of photovoltaic power generation,intelligent lighting control and so on.Secondly,this paper analyzes the hardware construction of the weak power intelligent system.It Presents the construction target,the hardware configuration of the system and the selection of the system equipment through the analysis of generic cabling system,building automation,intelligent lighting,‘ zero-energy‘ demonstration,computer room engineering and other subsystems.Thirdly,this paper proposes the general requirement of the weak power intelligent system software platform.This project uses Schneider SCADA software to achieve zero-energy consumption related control.It analyzes the functional requirement of zero-energy control and proposes the requirement of monitoring interface.Lastly,it presents the actual filed operation interface of the completion of the project in this paper. |
