With the development of gas pressure pipeline industry,natural gas,liquefied petroleum gas and artificial gas have become the main sources of energy for urban residents.In the process of gathering and transportation of urban natural gas pipelines,external force damage,corrosion and inherent factors of pipelines cause perforation and rupture failure of natural gas pipelines.Once a gas pipeline leakage accident occurs,it will hinder the safe production and operation of the gas pipeline,pollute the environment and cause huge economic losses.It will also cause serious accidents such as fire,explosion,poisoning,casualties and other serious accidents,causing casualties and other major accidents.Based on the above,it is of great practical significance to study the leakage and diffusion process of natural gas pipelines for reducing the accident hazards and making emergency rescue plans.Based on gas leakage model,diffusion model and turbulent jet theory,and on the basis of three conservation laws and k-? model,geometric models are established in GAMBIT,2D and 3D models are respectively established,FLUENT software is used for simulation,and TECPLOT is used for processing simulation results.Firstly,the influencing factors of leakage and diffusion of buried pipelines are summarized and analyzed,the jet theory is analyzed,the calculation method of natural gas leakage model is determined,and the basic control equation of gas flow is given.Secondly,a mathematical model and a physical model for the diffusion of buried natural gas pipeline leakage in open areas and obstacles are established.Finally,based on the above model,the computational fluid dynamics simulation software is used to simulate and calculate different leakage processes of urban buried pipelines,and the flow field of natural gas leakage diffusion media is analyzed by setting different horizontal wind speeds,different leakage port diameters,different obstacle heights,widths and distances from the leakage ports.According to the diffusion of natural gas in the atmosphere,the distribution area and area of high concentration and explosion are determined,and the distribution law of natural gas concentration under different working conditions is summarized.The analysis of natural gas pipeline leakage accidents can provide an idea for the study of such accidents.The proposed research and analysis method provides reliable guidance and specific reference data for the safe production of natural gas pipelines,their gas transmission and normal maintenance.To provide reference for the prediction of the consequences of the leakage accident,and to provide basis for the emergency rescue,personnelevacuation and other measures after the accident,so that the work can be carried out more effectively.
