The open-air coal yard will produce a large amount of dust and pollute the air in windy weather,causing material loss and polluting the atmosphere.Air pollution is still severe in some areas of my country,and the environmental protection requirements of industrial facilities are getting higher and higher.A large coal storage yard in Handan needs to be upgraded.Unlike general new projects,this project requires direct shed conversion on existing coal storage yards.During the renovation,the production equipment and structures in the plant are distributed irregularly in space and the geological conditions are poor.These will seriously interfere with the layout and construction of the structure.With this as a background,we will explore and study the design and construction schemes of steel structures under complex conditions to provide practical basis for related projects.Through the detailed analysis of the project requirements and the interference factors of the factory area,comparing different structural forms,using the advantages of the skeleton membrane structure,structural design and construction without dismantling the original structure and maintaining production,researching the basic layout and superstructure plan design,A series of technical measures are taken to avoid or use the original structures from the plane and height,design a steel frame structure that is safe and reasonable to meet the requirements of use,and propose a structural layout design plan for complex field conditions.In the structural design,the STCAD tube truss calculation program is used to calculate,analyze and optimize the structure to obtain the truss size and bar specifications.In the process of analysis and calculation,by comparing the properties of different calculation models,the differences and reasons of the calculation results of beam-rod elements are explained.Using ABAQUS to perform finite element simulation on typical nodes in the truss,the analysis results of stress distribution and size show that the angle design between the truss members is reasonable.Even under the most unfavorable load combination in this project,the nodes are still in an elastic working state.Has a good safety reserve.Taking into account the topographical conditions of the construction site and the restrictions of the structure,and adapting measures to local conditions,a construction plan that meets the site operating conditions is proposed.From measurement and positioning,foundation treatment,foundation construction,to truss making,splicing,and hoisting,all links are affected by the on-site environment.Different types of foundations are used for different foundation conditions,and steel sheet piles are used for slope-limited foundation pits.Flexible use of the free ground on site to complete the truss assembly,adopt different hoisting schemes according to the position of the truss,determine the crane station,and design the hoisting schemes such as spanning,crossing,and aerial relay for the truss with limited hoisting.Through the observation of the follow-up operation of this project,the project has achieved environmental protection goals,met the use requirements and achieved good economic benefits.
