In recent years,the problem of environmental pollution and resource shortage has become increasingly serious.The call for energy-saving and emission reduction is getting higher and higher.The national policies strongly support clean energy heating such as coal to electricity and coal to gas.It is air source heat pump technology that is widely used in China from south to North for its high efficiency,cleanliness and pollution-free advantages.Although the air source heat pump technology has a broad development prospect,there is a serious problem of energy loss in the actual operation process.This paper analyzes the whole system of air source heat pump based on analysis method,finds out the weak part of energy transfer in the system,and improves the air source heat pump system.In this paper,the reconstruction project of Yunjialing mine thermal power plant located in Yunjialing coal mine,Handan,Hebei Province,which is selected as the research object.(the heating area of the reconstruction project in winter is 35000 square meters,the heating heat load is 2500 k W,and the selected air source heat pump unit has two operating conditions)Exergy balance equations are established for the energy conversion unit,energy transmission unit and terminal of the air source heat pump system under two working conditions respectively,to find out their exergy loss and calculate their exergy efficiency.The energy conversion unit mainly includes evaporator,condenser,throttle valve and compressor,which is analyzed in detail;the energy transmission unit refers to the process of chilled water loop,which refers to the process that the chilled water produced by the condenser of the unit is transported to the end of the air conditioner by the chilled water.At the end of the system,radiator and fan coil are used to analyze them respectively.Find out the weak part of energy consumption and optimize it.The initial investment of Yunjialing coal mine and the operation cost of a heating season are analyzed.In the calculation of the established mathematical model of exergy analysis,Matlab is used as the calculation tool and the software Refprop is called to determine the state points of each working condition.According to the known operating point parameters,Refprop is used to calculate the required enthalpy and entropy by calling the pressure enthalpy diagram to calculate the required enthalpy and entropy of the whole air source heat pump system.In this paper,the air source heat pump system of Yunjialing coal mine is analyzed and the economic analysis draw a conclusion: Compressor is the most exergy loss in energy conversion unit.The exergy efficiency of the energy transmission unit is as high as 96% and the lifting space is not too large.The exergy loss of the radiator is larger than the fan coil.Through the economic comparison and analysis of the system before and after the transformation.From the perspective of initial investment,the air source heat pump system has a big advantage,which saves more than 300,000 yuan compared with the water heat pump system.From the perspective of operating cost,the air source heat pump system in the heating season is equivalent to 32.07 yuan /?,and the water source heat pump system is equivalent to 17.1 yuan /?.
