With the gradual reduction of fossil energy,distributed generation(DG)is connected to the power grid with a higher and higher proportion.However,the intermittent characteristics of DG have a certain impact on the safe and reliable operation of active distribution network(ADN),resulting in serious phenomenon of wind and light abandoning.The development of demand response(DR)and electric power technology represented by soft open point(SOP)can effectively deal with the crisis.In order to take into account the uncertainties of load and distributed generation,probabilistic models for wind power,photovoltaic power and load are built.Scenarios are then generated by the classification probability method,and then the scenarios are reduced based on the fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm.In this paper,an optimal configuration model of DG and SOP with DR in mind is established,which takes into account the interests of the three parties of the source network load,as well as the planning and operation of the distribution network.On the operating side,the lowest distribution network cost in each scenario and period is set as the objective function to determine consumption of DG and power of SOP and transmit them to the planning side.On the planning side,the position and capacity of DG and SOP are determined with the objective function of maximizing the interests of the three main sources and returned to the operating side.Optimized configuration schemes are obtained by alternating iterations.The method based on the loss sensitivity of network is adopted to select the initial position of DG,which effectively improves the calculation efficiency.Optimal configuration methods of DG and SOP based on improved particle swarm optimization and predictive correction interior point method(IPSO-PCIP)are proposed.Last,an examplesimulation is carried out based on IEEE-33 node system.The results show that the optimal configuration model of DG and SOP established in this paper can best coordinate the interests of source,network and load to the greatest extent.The hybrid algorithm adopted has better convergence performance.
