Children’s education is an important foundation of the whole education.Children have a strong plasticity in thinking,character,intelligence,physique and so on.With the development of Internet and artificial intelligence technology,it will bring a revolution to education.The huge potential of children’s education market has attracted a large number of investors,and children’s intelligent education products with education and entertainment functions have been continuously developed.For a time,the appearance and function of children’s intelligent education products on the market are homogenized obviously.Therefore,the innovative design of children’s intelligent education products is particularly important.Research shows that today’s society is entering the era of experience economy.Many times,products and services are sold in a phased experience process.People pay more attention to the use experience of products.Therefore,to meet the needs of users is the key point in product design,while service design is a design thinking that takes "human centered" as the criterion.Therefore,this paper brings the service design thinking into the design of children’s intelligent education products.In the product design process,combined with the method of service design,it can systematically analyze the contact points of products in the service process,so that designers can clearly grasp the needs of users in the three stages before,during and after use,so as to carry out product innovation design according to the needs,and design more Products satisfying user experience enrich the diversity of children’s intelligent education products.The adoption of design scheme needs decision-making,and it needs to test whether the design scheme meets the needs of users and verify the scientific rationality.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process can be used as a reference for design decision and scheme optimization.This topic is mainly divided into three parts: design background,design process construction and design practice.First,from the perspective of children’s education,this paper analyzes the current situation of intelligent education and intelligent product market at home and abroad,and finds out the existing problems in the market.Then we found that the product needs innovation,combined with the method of service design to build the design process of children’s intelligent education product.The users of the product are 3-6 years old children,and their characteristics are analyzed.Then through market research and service design methods to obtain the needs of children’s intelligent education product users.According to the analysis of users’ needs,the product innovation design is carried out.Finally,through the comprehensive evaluation of the actual design scheme and the analysis of the evaluation results,the scientific validity of the product design process and design scheme is further verified.
