| With the rapid development of economy,steel structure is widely used in various building structures.As the main vertical load-bearing member of steel structure,when the explosion occurs near the steel structure,the steel column may be damaged.Therefore,the anti explosion ability of steel column is closely related to the anti explosion ability of the whole structure.In this paper,the numerical calculation model of H-shaped steel columns sprayed with polyurea elastomer with different thickness is established,and the rationality of the numerical model is verified by comparing with the impact test results.The main work of this paper is as follows.(1)Using the pendulum impact tester,the polyurea of composite structures with different metal materials of impact test,study the polyurea shock performance of metal materials.By comparing the specimen to absorb energy and metal fracture analysis,it is concluded that polyurea can improve the impact resistance of metal specimens.(2)The effects of different explosion positions and directions on the anti-explosion performance of spray polyurea H-shaped steel columns are studied.When the explosion occurs around the steel column,the generated shock wave will form eddy current around the steel column.When the explosion shock wave propagates along the strong axis direction of the H-shaped steel column,the main damage of the steel column occurs at the connection between the flange and the web of the column.When the explosion shock wave propagates along the weak axis direction of the H-shaped steel column,due to the narrow space formed by the flange,web and ground of the H-shaped steel column,causes multiple reflections of the shock wave at the foot of the column,resulting in serious deformation of the web of the steel column foot.(3)The numerical model of spray polyurea elastomer H-shaped steel column is established.By analyzing the deformation,displacement and energy change law of the H-shaped steel column under different explosion conditions,it is found that polyurea can improve the anti explosion performance of the H-shaped steel column in the weak axis direction more obviously,and the 5 mm thick polyurea can reduce the displacement peak value of the H-shaped steel column by 17.5%.(4)The influence of polyurea elastomer on the anti-explosion performance of Hsection steel column was studied when the explosion distance was relatively close.The study shows that when the 2.17 kg explosive is exploded at 10 cm from the flange of Hsection steel column,the steel column web near the explosive is most seriously damaged.The 5mm thickness of polyurea elastomer coating can avoid the damage at this position and reduce the displacement and deformation of the steel column. |
