The shock waves and fragments produced by the explosion have serious damage,and the field of explosion-proof safety has been paid much attention.The application of new materials to composite structures is a popular means to improve the anti-explosion properties of the structures.The polyurea elastomer has good physical and chemical properties and spraying technology,and has an important application prospect in the field of safety and protection.In order to study the anti-explosion performance of composite structure spray by polyurea elastomer,two typical protective structures,steel plate and aluminum honeycomb,are used in this paper.The main contents include three aspects.(1)Static tensile,static compression,and hopkinson pressure bar experimental are carried out to study the polyurea elastomer's properties,and the results show that the constitutive curve of polyurea elastomer has obvious nonlinear and rate dependent.When the strain rate increased from0.0005/s to 0.5/s,the elongation at break increased from 420%to 635%,the elongation increased with the increase of strain rate to improve,it also has strong compressive and deformation ability.(2)The numerical simulation and the experiment of anti-explosion are carried out to study on the polyurea elastomer spraying on structure in the terms of anti-explosion,and the results show that the damage degree of steel plate sprayed by polyurea elastomer is reduced,when polyurea as sandwich filling,steel plate' s ability of absorb energy is best,and can greatly weaken the shock wave,which is better than the others.The primer has no effect on the anti-explosion of the target plate.When the thicker of the polyurea coating is consistent,the thicker of the polyurea elastomer in the target plate,the better the composite structure performed.(3)The numerical simulation is carried out to study on the polyurea elastomer in the terms of anti-explosion.The results show that the damage degree of aluminum honeycomb structure sprayed by polyurea elastomer decreased,when the aluminum honeycomb is filled with polyurea elastomer,the composite structure can not only absorb most,but also intact,which is better than others.Polyurea elastomers can improve the overall strength and deformation resistance of the structure,and suppress the flying fragments produced by the target plates.When polyurea elastomer is used as interlayer,the composite structure's ability of energy absorption and attenuation shock wave is better,the damage degree of the composite structure is the lowest,and the performance of anti-explosion is the best.
