The development scale of urban rail transit in China is increasing day by day.Some earlier-developed regions such as Beijing and Shanghai are moving from construction to operation and maintenance.The demand for large-scale urban rail transit vehicle maintenance and fault diagnosis and repair is increasing,and the large electrical system It is an extremely important part of the vehicle,and its safe and stable work directly affects the operation of the vehicle.In recent years,more and more employees have moved to metro maintenance and repair positions,which requires maintenance companies to train new employees in a timely and effective manner,while the traditional mentoring and training methods cannot achieve large areas.4.Multiple students can train at the same time,and they ca n't achieve differentiated teaching.The training effect is poor.For some abstract content,there are few opportunities for on-site teaching at the maintenance site.The cost of physical operation training is too high,and some are hidden.It is difficult to quickly and effectively diagnose and repair electrical system failures.At present,most of the learning of circuit principles uses two-dimensional circuit diagrams,which have poor visual perception and are difficult to correlate with actual train electrical systems.Therefore,the urban rail transit industry urgently needs an efficient and practical train electrical simulation system.The rapid development of virtual reality technology provides a new way to solve these problems.The composition of the train electrical system is very complicated.The main function is to provide power for train electrical traction braking,train control,train monitoring and fault diagnosis,passenger information services,train number equipment,train interior lighting,etc.,according to their functions,functions and voltages.The level can be divided into three independent circuit systems: main circuit,control circuit and auxiliary circuit.It mainly includes 15 system branches such as pantograph lifting system,traction braking system and door system.They cooperate with each other to complete the mission of the train.Virtual reality technology relies on powerful computer technology and multimedia technology.With its unique characteristics,it allows people to enter the virtual environment immersively.Combined with human-computer interaction functions,it is fascinating and motivates people to learn and train.It has not only limited the time and space of traditional teaching methods,but also provided new technology for fault diagnosis and maintenance of train electrical system.This paper studies the application technology of virtual reality in train electrical simulation system,and rationally designs and develops a train electrical simulation and diagnosis system based on virtual reality technology.First,the analysis and introduction of the train electrical system is briefly introduced,and the related theories of virtual reality and the process of system development are explained in detail.Then,by analyzing the needs of the application objects,the train electrical simulation and diagnosis system based on virtual reality was carefully designed.Finally,this system is developed using Unity software.In this paper,Creo software is used to construct the entire train model of the subway train and the train electrical system model,3d max software is used for physical rendering and animation production,and unity 3d software is used for scene construction and interactive roaming functions.
