In recent years,the abuse of fertilizer has caused series of environmental problems,such as soil hardening,water eutrophication and so on,which has raised relevant departments'attention.In 2015,13th Five Year Plan carried out by Ministry of Science and Technology put forward some important research projects,which contained how to use less fertilizer and develop water-soluble fertilizer.Given this backdrop the research applies a new kind of water-soluble organic fertilizer-peptide to the plant of Brassica compestris L.var.purpurea Bailey,which is which is a kind of well-known vegetable in Wuhan.The experiment is to find out the effect of Peptide on the quality of Brassica compestris L.var.purpurea Bailey and the activity of soil enzyme which can be helpful for finding new ways to plant the vegetable and lay the foundation for the application of new organic fertilizer-peptide.1.Study on the effect of protein Peptide on the number of microbial community in soilIt turns out that Protein Peptide can promote the increase the amount of soil microorganism population significantly under the same condition of same amount of nitrogen.When applied 15 days after the Protein Peptide,the total number of microbial population reached 8.97×107per gram,which is 74.2%.70.3%.82.6%more than the amount by using Organic fertilizer,Compound Fertilizer,Urea respectively.45 days after fertilizing the Protein Peptide,the community is 6.33×107 per gram and 70.0%.80.6%.73.8%more than the community by fertilizing Organic fertilizer,compound fertilizer,urea.The number turns to be 5.75×107 per gram after using the Protein Peptide in 60 days,which is approximately the same as the number by using Urea,and 4.0%.49.0%higher than the number by using Organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer.The results indicate that Protein Peptide has a greater impact on the microorganism population than Commercial fertilizer and it has potentiality to become a kind of high-quality organic fertilizer.2.Study on the effect of Protein Peptide on the content of Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Potassium,Urea and Compound Fertilizer with urea containing can be volatile,and the amount of nitrogen in the soil may have a faster decline after a certain period of time.However,Protein Peptide is soluble in water and belongs to the small molecule polypeptide whose the content of nitrogen won't change quickly.The research is conducted to find out the transfer of nitrogen in soil after fertilizing the Protein Peptide.The experiments were made by measuring the content of nitrogen after using Organic fertilizer,Compound Fertilizer,Urea.The results showed that the content of Nitrogen is 0.713mg/g by using Protein Peptide,whose capacity is the highest Among all the experimental groups.And the level of Phosphorus is 0.63mg/g,which is lower than the group of Urea(0.65mg/g)and higher than the group of Organic fertilizer(0.54mg/g)and Compound Fertilizer(0.56mg/g).The Content of potassium is 8.67mg/g,which is the lowest among all the groups.Therefore,the results confirmed that the Nitrogen in Protein Peptide isn't volatile and is unchangeable besides the absorb of the plants,which is change into the cell structure nitrogen of soil microbial.3.Study on the effect of protein peptide on the activity of soil enzymeThere is a essentially different between Peptides and proteins of organic fertilizer,peptides containing small-molecule amino acid and small-molecule polypeptides which plant directly absorb and utilize,while organic fertilizer in need of urine enzyme and protease to decompose and transform then can be used by plants,therefore the enzyme activity in soil with Protein peptide should be lower because of no protein,urea can be decomposed,The studies indicate that after applied Protein peptides 45 days,soil urease activity was 3.15mg/g which were lower than the other experimental groups,while protease activity was 2.02mg/g also lower than other experimental groups,which proved that the consistency of the structure and activity of peptides;when peptide applied 60 days the soil urease activity more higher,and reaching for 32.63mg/g,were higher than organic fertilizer(16.35mg/g),fertilizer(12.44mg/g),urea(14.25mg/g),and protease activity is also up 2.00mg/g,were higher than organic fertilizer(0.93mg/g),fertilizer(0.85mg/g),urea(0.93mg/g),The results is consistency with the quickly reduce number of structural changes in the population of microorganisms 60 days This time a large number of micro-organisms begin to decomposed,At this point the activity began to increase.4.Study of how protein peptide affects nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,calcium,magnesium content on red flowering plant.According to the experiment that how protein peptide affects nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,calcium,magnesium content index on Brasica compestris L.var.purpurea Bailey.The result shows,the total nitrogen content of Brassica compestris L.var.purpurea Bailey cultured by using peptide in experimental group is 0.44mg/g after 45 days,which is lower than organic fertilizer.(1.19mg/g.maybe as red flowering plant cultivated by organic fertilizer,producing the relative value of small plant and biomass.)Higher than other groups;The total phosphorus content is 2.37mg/g,lower than other groups.Calcium and magnesium is 10.96mg/g and 2.00mg/g,significantly higher than that of organic fertilizer(5.05mg/g.0.71 mg/g).Then,the groups that after 60 days,the total nitrogen content is 1.62mg/g which is significantly higher than that of organic fertilizer(0.28mg/g),lower than that of compound fertilizer(1.71 mg/g);The total phosphorus content low to 1.36mg/g;The highest content of total potassium is 17.98mg/g;Calcium is 21.72mg/g(because protein peptide contains Calcium ion;magnesium is 2.06mg/g,little lower than urea groups(2.35mg/g,because of competitive inhibition of calcium ion).Results show that protein peptide has promoting effects to the absorption of nitrogen,potassium,calcium,magnesium on Brassica compestris L.var.purpurea Bailey.But little impact on the phosphorus nutrition of plants.5.Study of how protein peptide affects iron,zinc,sodium content index on Brassica compestris L.var.purpurea Bailey.According to the experiment that how protein peptide affects iron,zinc,sodium content on Brassica compestris L.var.purpurea Bailey.The result shows,the total iron content of Brassica compestris L.var.purpurea Bailey cultured by using protein peptide in experimental group is 0.69mg/g after 45 days,which is higher than organic fertilizer.Sodium content is 0.71mg/g,higher than other groups.Zinc content is 0.13mg/g,higher than other groups.Then,the groups that after 60 days,iron content 0.76mg/g,higher than other groups(organic fertilizer0.44mg/g,compound fertilizer0.62mg/g,urea 0.26mg/g).Zinc content is higher,goes to 0.10mg/g.So,adding protein peptide can increase iron,zinc,sodium content on Brassica compestris L.var.purpurea Bailey to improve its quality.
