| Pork is the main meat source in china.People for pork,especially lean consumption quantity increased,and the quality is also high.However,gaining too much fat in body is decreasing growth performance,meat quality and reproductive performance.In this study,we screened candidate genes about growth rate,backfat thickness and loin eye area base on the result of GWAS,and SNP on ACOXL,LMNA MC4R association with three traits and effect of interaction of candidate genes using mix liner model.The result is helpful for marker-assisted selection of growth trait and carcass trait in pig.In this study,the days at body weight 100kg,tenth rib backfat thickness,tenth rib loin eye area were identified in Yorkshire(n=369)and Landrace(n=157).Refer to references and combined with molecular biology and biostatistics on ACOXL,LMNA,MC4R gene related four missense mutation correlation analysis the days at body weight 100kg,BFT(backfat thickness),LEA(loin eye area)in pigs.And SNP will be used in the breeding’work of pig growth and carcass traits.The result are as follow:1.ACOXL has two missense mutations c.8 C/T and c.509 A/G.The locus c.8 C/T was significant associated with the BF in the Yorkshire(P<0.05).TT genotype was with thinner BFT than CC genotype and CT genotype(P<0.05).2.LMNA introduce a digestion sites by a base mutation.The locus c.741 G/C was significant associated with the BF in Yorkshire(P<0.05).CC genotype was with thinner BFT than CG genotype(P<0.05)and GG genotype(P<0.01).The locus c.741 G/C was significant associated with the BF in Landrace(P<0.05).CG genotype was with thinner BFT than CG genotype and GG genotype(P<0.05).3.MC4R has a missense mutation c.892 G/A.The locus c.892 G/A was significant associated with the BFT(P<0.05)in the Yorkshire and Landrace(P<0.05)..AG genotype was the thinnest BFT in the Yorkshire,and GG genotype was the thinnest BFT in the Landrace.The locus c.892 G/A was significant associated with the days at body weight 100kg in the Yorkshire(P<0.05).AG genotype is better than others in the Yorkshire.4.The analysis of interactive effects between ACOXL c.8 C/T and LMNA c.741 G/C showed that the BFT of combination genotype TT-CC is the thinnest in the all parities,and CC-CG is the thickest,the discrepancy is 0.34mm.The two combination genotype was significant different(p<0.05). |
