With the acceleration of civilizatio,The problem of tea industry to reduce the labor force,labor costs increase,tea processing large energy consumption has become increasingly prominent.hn order to deal with and solve these problems,This paper has carried out the research of Fujian tea machine industry structure upgrading based on the perspective of saving labor and energy consumption,To provide scientific basis for the direction of the transformation and upgrading,Fujian provinee tea industry structure tasks and measures.To deal with the low efficiency of tea production costs and high energy consumption,the problem of tea machine,Promote the Fujian tea machine structure transformation and upgrading to a efficient labor saving,low carbon,environmental protection,intelligent,go to save labor and energy saving under the sustainable development of tea industry,The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The total population of the country and Fujian province has been decreasing year by year,and the labor price is increasing year by year,NationaI and Fujian Province,respectively,in 2011 and 2006,the proportion of urban population exceeded the proportion of rural population for the first time.(2)Tea picking machine,trimming machine for major types of Chinese tea garden work machine,Fujian tea garden machinery products market for low energy consumption,green equipment demand is obvious.Fujian tea mechanization development level in the forefront of the country,but after 2013 growth is slowing down,tea machine market has excess capacity,demand sagging phenomenon.(3)Mechanical analysis of the elasticity of substitution of labor force,The main tea producing county in Fujian province(on the average),Anxi,Wuyishan,Fuding has machinery to replace for labor in 2010,2007,2012 and 2013 respectively.Time sort:Anxi>Fujian province>Wuyishan>Fuding,The elasticity of substitution Y size sorting:Anxi Wuyishan>Fuding>Fujian province.Among them,the average mechanical substitution elasticity of Anxi county is 2.60.In recent years,the gradual decrease of the tea area of Fujian Province has reached saturation,and the product structure needs to be further upgraded,Wuyishan City,the average mechanical elasticity of substitution is 1.24,in recent years gradually increased,growth in tea machinery just need to pull the stage,The average mechanical substitution elasticity of Fuding is 1.09,and the substitution is weak,Need to speed up the promotion of tea machinery,focusing on the transformation and upgrading of the structure of the tea machine.(4)The national and Fujian Province energy supply and demand imbalance between,Fujian total energy production accounted for only the 0.81%,energy self-sufficiency rate is only 24.15%,Fujian energy consumption elasticity coefficient of 0.83,lower than the national energy consumption elasticity coefficient of 0.30,Fujian energy utilization efficiency is low:The analysis shows that the elasticity of substitution energy in Fujian,Oil,natural gas and electric power for coal substitution and complementarity exist at the same time,the decline in the proportion of coal consumption,increased the proportion of other sources of energy;power of oil and power of natural gas substitution elasticity is higher that the energy consumption of Fujian Province showed the trend of green.(5)It shows that the application of energy saving technology of tea machine case,Air withering room can save energy than air conditioning withering room 86.7%,the new energy-saving equipment promotion prospects.TCM(tin ceramic membrane)water removing machine than the liquefied petroleum gas steaming machine saving energy costs 53.4%,achieve the clean energy electricity can substitute for liquefied petroleum gas energy.compared with coal,biomass pellet fuelSaving energy consumption and the labor cost of 22.7%,tea machine to achieve green automation upgrades.The grid connected photovoltaic power generation,Providing tea proeessing energy,enjoy state subsidies,the average annual rate of return of 14%,the energy saving effect is remarkable.Application of energy-saving tea machine consumption and clean energy will be upgraded as the structure of the tea machine direction.(6)The development of the industrial structure transformation and upgrading of the tea machine based on the perspective of saving labor and energy saving,Improve existing tea machine products performance and quality,the development effort and efficient,energy-saving and low consumption of tea machine new product.The government supports the guidance,the establishment of agricultural service cooperatives,enterprise personnel training and product technical training,etc.,to promote the comprehensive development of the tea industry in our province.
