In this paper,To explore the function of plant pathogens and influence on plant growth of fast pyrolysis liquid of agricultural waste(Abbreviation:liquid).Results show that fast pyrolysis liquid have a broad spectrum of bactericidal,In the range of 50?1000mL/L concentration,the inhibition rate increased with the increase of concentration,and the inhibition effect of liquid of the same concentration on different bacteria was very different.The strongest toxicity was Fusariumoxysporumby the EC50 and EC90.The second is Rhizoctonia solani.The third is Rhizoctonia solani.The last is Cylindrocarpon destructans.Inhibition of phytophthora capsici Leonian and Rhizoctonia solani of the liquid mixed with silver Farley and the liquid mixed with Multi bacteria spirit are better than silver Farley and Multi bacteria spirit.Efficiency factors are far greater than 1.5.the liquid mixed with silver Farley and the pyrolysis liquid mixed with Multi bacteria spirit is Synergistic action.Agricultural waste pyrolysis liquid to promote seed germination.The effect of different plants is different.Soaking pepper seeds in concentration 5?25mL/L liquid is promoting effect,and with the concentration increased role in promoting lower.Soaking pepper seeds in concentration 2.5?lOmL/L liquid is promoting effect,and its role in promoting increased with the increase of concentration.It inhibited the seed germination,When the agricultural waste heat solution at the concentration of 25mL/L.Study on the effect of waste pyrolysis liquid on plant growth:1)Pepper:The chlorophyll content and POD,CAT,SOD enzyme activity of pepper leaves was significantly improved by Soaking and spraying 2.5mL/L liquid.The stress resistance of pepper was enhanced.2)Rice:In seedling by leaf spraying 2.5mL/L liquid can improve the chlorophyll content and POD,CAT,SOD activity in leaves of rice seedlings,while increasing plant height and stem width and plant fresh weight.After transplanting to the same effect except for plant height.Rice photosynthesis and lodging resistance was increased.Foliar 2.5mL/L liquid can increase the yield of rice by 14.37%.The main reason is that the spike number and seed setting rate are closely related.Test results of pot experiment of pepper blight.The control effect of 25 mL/L liquid mixed with conventional dose of silver Farley is 84.85%.It makes the control effect increased 10%more than the usual dose of silver Farley.With 25mL/L liquid mixed can get the same control effect in reducing 25.25%of cases in the use of silver.That agricultural waste pyrolysis liquid mixed with Fluopicolide have obvious synergistic effect and reducing pesticide effect.The control effect of the mixture of 2.5mL/L liquid and 1.667mL/L multi bacterium spirit was the same as that of the 2.5mL/L liquid 0.4mL/L and the control effect was the highest.The two control efficiency is above 90%.Followed by the 1.667mL/L multi strain treatment of anti-effect,the anti-effect is 83.41%.Visible,when 2.5mL/L liquid mixed with carbendazim,commonly used carbendazim content reduce 76.00%dosage can also obtain the same control effect.And agricultural waste pyrolysis liquid and carbendazim mixed with obvious cooperative synergism and pesticide reduction.The same effect can be obtained when the mixture is reduced by 76%,and the waste pyrolysis liquid and the multi bacteria spirit are combined with the obvious synergistic effect and reduce the pesticide effect.The yield of rice in different treatments was significantly higher than that in control.The highest yield of rice was treated with the mixture of 2.5mL/L solution and 1.667mL/L.It increased by 32.42%compared with the control.The second is the rice yield of 2.5mL/L solution treated with 0.4mL/L and 1.667mL/L multi bacterium spirit.Respectively compared with the control increased by 12.89%and 10.62%.The increase of grain number,seed setting rate and 1000 grain weight contributed to the increase of rice yield in the disease prevention area.
