The black soldier fly larvae in nature can be effective in feeding on animal faeces,decaying organic matter and plant trash,so it has the well adaptability to the environment,the organic wastes which were decomposed by the black soldier fly are difficult to breeding ground for harmful bacteria and microbes,so we can say it is disintegrator which at the bottom of the food chain.The black soldier fly larvae can convert waste nutrients into protein and fat which are rich in its own body and can be used as protein additives in the feed and raw materials for refining biomass diesel and carbohydrate.So the black soldier fly either be used to break down organic waste in the environment that as a means of environmental protection in the biochemistry processing,and is a good "machine" that can turn waste into treasure,in recent years,researchers in the field of environmental protection and biological chemistry attache great importance to the cultivation and application research of the black soldier fly larvae.One of the key technical and theoretical basis of the rearing and applied research of the black soldier fly larvae is to optimize the black soldier fly larvae nutritional formula,this paper conducted a in-depth study,following results were obtained:1、Explore the utilization rate and the conversion rate of the black soldier fly to the the main nutrients in actual material,The main component of the measured The black soldier fly accounted for the proportion of dry weight;Investigated the effect of cultivating the black soldier fly in different carrier material add artificial prepared nutrient liquid.It was found out that Protein(accounting for 46% of the dry weight),fat(33% of dry weight),carbohydrates(including sugar and cellulose)and the main minerals content of calcium,phosphorus,potassium,magnesium(7.59% of dry weight)were considered been the main nutriment in black soldier fly larvae.According to the decomposition status of bean pulp—Wheat bran ratio of 2:1,the utilization of nutritional components absorbed by black soldier fly were set as 25%.The experimental results demonstrated that the optimal larvae feeding carrier is chaff powder with average Larval weight of 0.2813 g,growth cycle of 14 days,and prepupa rate of 95.33%.2、In orde to obtain the optimal nutrient solution formula,different carbon source,nitrogen source were used to investigate the natural growth of black soldier fly larvae.And further optimize the concentration of carbon source,nitrogen source,Simultaneously,further optimization of population density.The results showed that the optimal breeding conditions were : glucose as carbon source,pancreatic protein powder as nitrogen source,glucose and pancreatic protein powder added concentration of 0.3063 and 0.1207 g for each larvae,respectively,and the larvae number of 200.under the optimal conditions,prepupa rate of black soldier fly was 92.5% with average wet weight of 0.2742 g,growth cycle was 18 days,and water loss rate was 28.33%.3、According to the optimal results of carbon source,nitrogen source,after deployment and the unprocessed raw materials were used to study the growth situation of black soldier fly larvae By comparing the material utilization rate and conversion rate.Experimental results showed that the after deployment raw materials was conducive to the growth of black soldier fly larvae with average Larval weight of above 0.24 g.Growth cycle was short about 2 days by comparing with untreated raw material,and prepupa rate was above 90%(except swill).After deployment raw materials,organic nitrogen conversion rate by black soldier fly was over 50%,ammonification and nitrification rates were lower than 30%,the results indicated that there is high recovery of organic nitrogen with small loss。The above results for the selection and optimization of the black soldier fly larvae carbon source,nitrogen source,minerals and other nutrients provide a tight scientific experiment data,and promote the rearing and breeding of the black soldier fly larvae and the popularization and application in the field of in environmental protection and biochemistry,etc.
