| In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,poor working environment and low efficiency in artificial breeding of black soldier fly,it is the key to realize automatic and mechanized breeding.The automatic separation of black soldier fly larvae is an important part in automatic breeding.However,the existing screening equipment for black soldier fly larvae has problems such as low screening efficiency,single screening material,many impurities in larvae,and inadaptability to automatic assembly line breeding mode,which cannot meet the needs of production.Based on the analysis of the research status of black soldier fly larvae separation at home and abroad,according to the movement state of materials in different screening equipment,the method of drum screening was selected to separate black soldier fly larvae.The double-layer drum screening structure was proposed,and the design and parameter optimization of the black soldier fly separation system were studied.Through the analysis of the movement state of the material in the drum and the screening process,the particle movement model was established,and the screening parameters were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed.The research status of black soldier fly larvae separation at home and abroad was analyzed.On this basis,according to the movement state of materials in different screening equipment,drum screening was selected to separate black soldier fly larvae.Through the analysis of the motion state of the material in the drum and the screening process,the particle motion model was established,and the screening parameters were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed.The design idea of double drum screen is put forward.Through the analysis of the existing drum screen,the structure scheme of the whole machine is determined.According to the study of the movement state of the material in the drum,the main parameters are calculated.The inner and outer drums,transmission system,inlet and outlet mechanism,cleaning mechanism and frame of the drum screen are designed by using Solid Works threedimensional software.Based on the discrete element theory,the screening model of the drum screen was established with the help of EDEM software,and the screening process was simulated.The influence of the outer drum speed,the inner drum speed,the lifting plate height and the drum inclination angle on the screening efficiency of the drum screen and the loss rate of the black soldier fly larvae was obtained under certain conditions.The response surface optimization test of the drum screen was carried out,and the primary and secondary order of the influence of various factors on the screening effect was obtained : the height of the lifting plate,the rotation speed of the outer drum,the inclination angle of the drum,and the rotation speed of the inner drum;the optimal screening parameter combination is obtained as follows : the outer drum speed is 39.4 r / min,the lifting plate height is 25.9 mm,the inner drum speed is 44.5 r / min,and the drum inclination angle is 5.9 °.The results show that the prototype experiment and simulation experiment have a good fitting effect.Under the optimal screening parameters,the average screening efficiency is89.5 % and the loss rate is 10.3 %.The difference between the predicted value and the regression model is 4.6 % and 3.2 %,which verifies the credibility of the regression model.This study can provide a theoretical basis for the development of black soldier fly larvae separation equipment. |
