Blueberry belonged to Ericaceae Vaccinium,which had poor absorptive capacity because of the root without root hairs.There was a troublesome issue that the poor growth adaptability of blueberry when it was widly planted.Ericoid mycorrhiza(ERM)was widespread in roots of Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb.which can cimprove the nutrition absorption of the tree,enhance the resistance of the tree,and promote the growth adaptability of vegetation.Arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)was a kind of endomycorrhizal symbiosis body structure which formed by fungi and the host plant root that can promote plant growth and development.Therefore,it was an important significance to the development of blueberry industry that the study about inoculating with mycorrhizal fungi on blueberry and screening the strains which can effectively infect blueberry roots and affect the growth adaptability of blueberries.That 3 ERMF of successfully filtered and 2 AMF from "Institute of Plant Nutrition and Resourcs,Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences-Bank of Glomeromycota in China,BGC" were inoculated on tissue culture and virus free seedling of blueberry 'Legacy',we have analysised of the effect of its' vaccination in blueberry.The main research results were as follows:(1)The infect degree of mycorrhizal fungi in wild Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb.of Hunan area was different and the six groups of root colonization rate in 38.60%?63.80%and difference of 25.20%.The infection ways was rich,for example:exogenous mycelium in deep soil layer,multiple entry points in root,intraradical hyphae and hyphal group winding in epidermal cells of roots,the mycorrhizal fungi infection caused a loss of epidermal cells,mycorrhizal root segment with mycelium bridge and so on.(2)Three ERMF were screened from mycorrhizal of Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb.that was HNML0304,HNRC0203 and HNRC0305.The optimum separation purification for the PDA medium,the optimum pH value was 5.0.(3)3 ERMF were screened out by bacteria propagation of the first screening in the way of solid culture method and are HNML0304?HNRC0203?HNRC0305,which its propagation survival rate in more than 80%;2 AMF for purchase were BGC HUN01A(glomus mosseae)and BGC HK02A(Acaulospora scrobiculata);five mycorrhizal fungus can infected seedling root of blueberry and overall ermf infection effect good on AMF,which inoculated HNRC0203 treatment infection rate was the highest in the 68.00%.(4)Effects of inoculation with different mycorrhizal fungi on root growth and viability of blueberry seedlings.The promoting effect of AMF on root growth was greater than that of ERMF inoculation.With the accumulation of inoculation time,the growth promoting effect of AMF HUN01A BGC was the biggest,which was the most significant.The maximum strains in root activity in June,followed by the size:BGC HUN01A,HNML0304,HNRC0203,BGC HK02A and NRC0305 were higher than non inoculation control 156.03%,129.61%,71.32%,25.25%,15.55%.(5)Inoculation of different mycorrhizal fungi promoted the growth of blueberry seedlings,and the difference was significant.Overall,the promoting effect of mycorrhizal fungi HNRC0203 and BGC HUN01A on height of seedling?crown diameter?water content of different parts of plant canopy and biomass were significant,and it was significantly higher than that of other mycorrhizal fungi inoculation treatment.(6)Inoculation of different mycorrhizal fungi promoted the blueberry tree seedlings on mineral element accumulation.It was significant that mycorrhizal fungi BGC HUN01A promoted the absorption forN,P and K elements on root,stem and leaf of three parts of seedling,followed by inoculation of mycorrhizal fungi HNRC0203.The inoculated treatment with mycorrhizal fungi BGC HUN01A that the Ca and Mg elements in the leaves of seedlings was the highest.The inoculated treatment with mycorrhizal fungi HNML0304 that the Ca and Mg elements in the root of seedlings was the highest.It's different that he trace element accumulation in the three parts of plant roots,stems and leaves in different inoculation treatment.And the Fe element accumulation of root was significantly higher than that of the upper part,and the content of Mn,Zn and Na in roots was significantly lower than that in the above ground parts.The promoting effect that the accumulation of Fe and Na elements of plant was the largest in HNML0304 treatment and that of Mn element was BGC HK02A treatment,Zn element was BGC HUN01A treatment.(7)Effects of different mycorrhizal fungi on Physiological Indexes of blueberry seedlings leaves.The soluble sugar content in leaves was the highest of the HNRC0305 inoculated treatment,as 5.21 mg·g-1.The catalase(CAT)activity content in leaves was the highest of the HNML0304 inoculated treatment,as 8.09 mg·g-1·min-1.The soluble protein,total chlorophyll content in leaves were the highest of the BGC HUN01A inoculated treatment,as 56.68 mg·g-1,2.17 mg·g-1.(8)The diurnal variation of photosynthesis in leaves of blueberry seedlings inoculated with different mycorrhizal fungi was significantly affected.The net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of each treatment was in Bimodal type,and there was a significant midday depression and the response capacity of HK02A BGC inoculation was the strongest.And the water utilization rate of blueberry leaves was signifieantly promoted by the 5 treatments.
