This experiment teaching and research base in guangxi university three adjacent production and laboratory micro pond ecosystem as the object,studies three shot feeding modes on the pond and water cluster cases of breeding new tano tilapia growth effect,physical and chemical factors,physiological and biochemical,aquaculture ponds breeding benefit.Explore the different feeding mode to the growth of the aquaculture object,main physical and chemical factors and aquaculture water phytoplankton dynamics,economic benefits and the breeding of correlation;To establish a fast growth,good efficiency,good quality fish pond aquaculture feeding mode to provide the reference.Obtain the following results:1.The pond farming tilapia(full cycle)of three kinds of feeding mode,the effect on the body length growth pattern B(average day for feeding rate of 1.89%in real terms,for feeding 2 times A day,stop for feeding every five days.1 day)>pattern C(average day for feeding rate of 1.96%in real terms,for feeding 1 times A day,stop for feeding every five days.1 day)>pattern A(average day for feeding rate of 2.58%in real terms,for feeding 2 times A day),model than the model A,B C increased by 4.7%and 0.5%,respectively;Impact on weight gain model B>A>model C,model than the model A,B C increased by 13.87%and 4.1%,respectively;Influence on the growth of the specific model B>>C model A,model B than A and model C increased by 2.16%and 0.64%respectively;On the feed coefficient according to the influence of the model,A model of>C>B model than the model A,B C reduced by 36.72%and 3.9%,respectively,for feeding mode B for breeding objects completely compensation growth.2.Water clusters box breeding tilapia(full cycle)of three kinds of feeding mode,the effect on the body length growth model B1(on an average day for feeding rate of 2.63%in real terms,the shot feeding 2 times a day,stop for feeding every five days.1 day)>model C1(on an average day for feeding rate of 2.71%in real terms,the shot feeding 1 times a day,stop for feeding every five days.1 day)>pattern A1(on an average day for feeding rate of 3.14%in real terms,for feeding 2 times a day),pattern than model A1,B1 C1 increased by 10.68%and 4.06%,respectively;Impact on weight gain mode>mode C1>A1,B1 mode than model A1,B1 C1 increased by 37.4%and 12.78%,respectively;On the feed coefficient according to the influence of model B1<C1<models A1,B1 than models A1,C1 was reduced by 16.24%and 2.95%,respectively,for feeding mode B1 for breeding objects completely compensation growth.3.Different shot feeding rate on the pond farming tilapia muscle crude protein,crude fat,crude ash content effect is remarkable.Feeding pattern of three shots,model B(average day for feeding rate of 1.89%in real terms,for feeding 2 times A day,stop for feeding every five days.1 day)fish protein content is significantly higher than model A,C,model B is helpful to improve the crude protein content in breeding objects;Model A(day average real shot feeding rate is 2.58%,for feeding 2 times A day)model of crude fat content of fish is significantly higher than model B,C,model A crude fat content to improve breeding objects.No significant effects on crude moisture content.4.Different shot feeding rate on the water mass box breeding tilapia muscle crude protein,crude fat,crude ash content of the influence is obvious.Feeding pattern of three shots,model A1(average day for feeding rate of 3.14%in real terms,for feeding 2 times a day)crude protein,crude fat content of fish is significantly higher than model B1,C1,model A1 is helpful to improve breeding objects crude protein,crude fat content.No significant effects on crude moisture content.5."average daily feeding rate of 1.89%?1.89%,feeding $2 times a day,stop for feeding every five days.1 day" of the feeding mode,to improve cluster boxes aquaculture ponds and water tilapia liver superoxide dismutase(sod)activity.6.Vote for feeding pattern B(daily average day for feeding rate of 1.89%in real terms,for feeding 2 times A day,stop for feeding every five days.1 day)to improve the level of tilapia aquaculture pond phytoplankton species diversity,and based on the grey relation analysis of water quality both within the ?water,the shot feeding mode pond water quality total condition is better than that of model A and C.7.In the fish pond aquaculture,based on the high profit per unit product(yuan/kg)for feeding mode for B(average day for feeding rate of 1.89%in real terms,feeding two,gastric disorder every five days.1 day),its profit per unit product is 5.3 yuan/kg,than model A(day average real feeding rate is 2.58%,daily feeding two)and pattern C(average day for feeding rate of 1.96%in real terms,1 day for feeding,gastric disorder every five days.1 day)increased by 194.44%and 194.44%respectively.
