| In this paper,the high-yielding cultivation and seed production techniques,as well as the promotion and application were researched according the breeding of Huiliangyou898.Huiliangyou898,a two-line indica hybrid rice variety,was developed from the cross of a male sterile line 1892 S and restorer line YR0822.It is planted as Single Cropping Medium Rice in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.The whole growth period is 133.6d,2.0d shorter than the control Feng Liangyou No.4.Plant height is107.9cm.Spike length is 23.8cm,Effective panicles per 667m2 is 17.6×104.Total grains per panicle is 189.7.Seed setting rate is 83.8%.The weight of 1000 grains is 23.5g.Resistance to rice blast index is 2.8.The most senior level of panicle blast is 5.Resistance to bacterial blight average grade is 5.Brown planthopper average grade is 9level.Resistance to heat grade is medium.Main indicators of quality: head milled rice rate is 59.6%.Ratio of length to width is 3.2.Chalky grain rate is 12%.Chalkiness is1.9%.Gel consistency is 7.8 cm.Straight chain starch content is 13.0%.It was tested in the late maturity middle indica group of Yangtze River in southern China of national variety test in 2012,2013 and 2014,average yield was 614.8kg/667m2,615.7kg/667 m2 and 615.2kg/667m2 separately,respectively 3.4%,4.0% and 3.7% higher than the check variety Feng Liangyou No.4.And it was examined and approved nationwide during September 2007 with the approval number 2015028.Cultivation techniques of Huiliangyou898: The sowing time is before or after May1 st festival.The seeding rate is no more than 15 kg·667m-2.The seedling age is25-30 d.15 thousand seedlings are planted in 667m2 and 1-2 seedling is in one hole.15 kg pure nitrogen and base fertilizer are used per 667m2.Tillering fertilizer should be applied early.Appropriate amount fertilizer is used to promote earing.Nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer are to a suitable scale.Shallow water is in the seedling field.Alternate dry and wet can promote tillering.Shallow layer water is in the field in heading and flowering period.Rice pests and other pests should be prevented.Machine planting requirements:Soil preparation and pot blanket seedling and promotion earing in field.Soil preparation,sewing,weeding,water and fertilizer management and diseases and pests prevention should be paid attention to in direct seeding model.For seed production in Hefei and suburban area,the first batch male parent should be sowed in mid-May and the sowing time of the second phase male parent should be delayed 7-8 days.The female parent’s sowing time should be 16 days later than the first phase male parent’s.The seedling age of first phase male parent and the female parent should be less than 35 days and 22 days respectively.In case that the width is 2.2m,The row ratio of male and female is 1:12.The row spacing of male parent is 16 cm,1-2seedlings is in one hole.The transplant size of female is 16cm×14cm and 2-3 seedlings per hole.13 kg pure nitrogen and base fertilizer are used to promote tillering early.N: P:K ratio is1:0.6:0.8.The prevention of grain smut should be focused on.With the mode of “company + large crop-land owners + farmers”,as well as the Internet +,the demonstration points of Huiliangyou 898 were established.During the implement period,the sowing area of Huiliangyou 898 is expected to be more than4.50×105hm2in Anhui and Hubei,2.17×105hm2in Jiangsu,Henan,Hunan,Jiangxi,Fujian and other province,contributing to the development of agriculture and the increase of farmers’ income. |
