Soybean is a main crop as both food and oil in China.Phosphorus and potassium as the contents of main nutrient elements,effected the yield and quality of soybean.Phosphorus and potassium could prevention and control plant diseases and elimination of pests,improved the Resistance ability of intrusions which causing wilt disease.So,studied on the Phosphorus and potassium accumulation regulation in soybean,could increased the yield and quality of soybean,had great theoretical and practical significance.This work was conducted with frame tests(pot without bottom)in the experimental station of Northeast Agricultural University(NEAU)in 2008.Testing varieties were HH41(the fifth,sixth accumulated temperature zone),SN14(the second,third accumulated temperature zone),HN40(the first accumulated temperature zone),MSD(feed soybean),fertilizer rate was the same as fertilization level of local.In order to investigate the dry matter accumulation,Phosphorus and potassium accumulation,Phosphorus and potassium distribution,Phosphorus and potassium diversion,results were shown as follows:Changes of dry matter and phosphorus and potassium accumulation were well simulated with Logistic curve of soybean among different genotype.Dry matter accumulation was shown S curve,the results followed the order:MSD>HN40>SN14>HH41,inflexion of dry matter accumulation rate was at 74,74,69,54 respectively;dry matter accumulation rate was 1.227g/d、2.303g/d、2.443g/d、4.178g/d respectively;inflexion of phosphorus accumulation rate was at 75,83,66,58,which up to maximum on R8 stage.Inflexion of potassium accumulation rate was at pods stage-pods filling stages,speed of potassium accumulation rate was slower and slower after inflexion,the benefit of improving dry matter accumulation rate was lower and lower by cultivation measure.Phosphorus and potassium accumulation center changed as the soybean grew among different soybean genotype.Before pods stage of soybean,phosphorus and potassium accumulation of leaf segment was obvious higher than that of stem and root.With the passing of growth period,leaf segment was the nitrogen accumulation center.The mean annual precipitation of phosphorus and potassium in the Vegetative Organ presented decreased trend.When soybean turned to reproductive growth,phosphorus and potassium accumulation transfer from vegetative organs to legume.Phosphorus and potassium accumulation center at different stage were difference among different soybean genotype.The phosphorus and potassium accumulation in leaf was significantly higher than that of stem and root.At vegetative growth stage,leaf was the accumulation center,stem was next.With the passing of growth period,when soybean turned to reproductive growth,phosphorus and potassium accumulation transfer from vegetative organs to legume,the nitrogen accumulation of leaf segment,stem and root decreased.
