As a kind of common lawn grass,Zoysia japonica is drought resistance and distributed throughout China.The physiological integration is one of physiology characteristics in clonal plants,and it enhance the ability of adapt habitats.Compared with non clonal plants,clonal plant's advantages in growth,reprodution and resouce utilization.Drought as one of the common factor in plant growth,has different influences on growth index,photosynthesis and fluorescence indexes,and enzymatic activity index.There is a lot of researches indicated that exogenous substances can alleviate the drought damage to plants.Salicylic acid,as an conmmon exogenous substances,is applied to the drought resistants of plants.Therefore,through the analysis of growth index,photosynthesis and fluorescence indexes,and enzymatic activity index under drought stress and salicylic acid,to understand the alleviate effects of salicylic acid to Zoysia japonica.In this experiment,Zoysia japonica as the test material,using natural drought and weighing method to drought stress.The experimental treatment were divided into four groups: in CK Zoysia japonica Steud wasn't pretreated with SA;in T1 the ramet of Zoysia japonica Steud was pretreated with SA,but the parent wasn't pretreated with SA;in T3 Zoysia japonica Steud was pretreated with SA;in T4 the parent of Zoysia japonica Steud was pretreated with SA,but the ramet wasn't pretreated with SA;Then measures the growth index,photosynthesis and fluorescence indexes.parent,rametsThe results showed that: Under drought stress,the biomass of Zoysia japonica Steud pretreated with SA has increased,and the parent with SA has effect on the ramet obviously,but the remat with SA has no effect on the parent.Zoysia japonica Steud with SA can alleviate the drought damage to the photosynthesis,fluorescence and enzymatic activity in plants,and the parent with SA has obvious influence on the remat.
