Temperature and humidity play important roles on the growth and development of maitake.This paper takes the "Lab of facility plants" mushroom room in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as the research object.After establishing a 3D CFD model as the same size to the Maitake Mushroom in the ANSYS,the temperature&moisture fields distribution in mushroom hothouse was acquired to provide preliminary solution for testing point position of Temperature&Humidity Monitoring System of Maitake Mushroom Cultivating House.On the basis of the theoretical research above,the temperature&humidity monitoring system of maitake mushroom cultivating house is designed which based on wireless data transmission and using STC89C52 as main control chip.There are 3 sub-nodes and a master node in the system.There are 6 temperature and humidity sensoron-DHT11 installed on each sub-node to detect the multipoint temperature and humidity.And using the nRF905 wireless module sent the sampled data to the master node.Then C language is used in the program design.In order to display,save and load the temperature and humidity data of each node,this paper designs monitoring system for the relevant upper computer,which was programmed by VB.By comparing with the theoretical and experimental values,the reliability of multi-point temperature&humidity monitoring system in mushroom hothouse had been verified.With the data of temperature and humidity got from mushroom hothouse,installation position of sensors had been optimized through correlation matrix analysis.In order to reduce the number of sensors and get the exact data which can describe the changing of temperature and humidity in Maitake hothouse,the paper designed the temperature&humidity monitoring system and studied the measurement points arrangement and it not only reduced the redundancy of sensors arrangement but also laid the foundation of automatic control of temperature&humidity of Maitake factory cultivation.
