Chinese fir is belongs to Cunninghamia of Taxodiacea.Chinese fir is one of the main afforestation tree species in southern china,our country's main Chinese fir center regions in Fujian,Jiangxi,Zhejiang,Wuyi district along the border in Guangdong,Guizhou,Hunan,Guangxi border and Nanling mountain area are suitable for Chinese fir,and its grow is the best relatively in these regions.Chinese fir is rich in essential oil,which is colorless or yellowish and transparent liquid with aromatic smell,having strong ambergris fragrance,musk and sweet.Masson pine is evergreen tree of Pinaceae,its tree bark is irregular block crak,reddish brown or gray brown in color.Masson pine is a common greening tree species,distributed in the Huaihe River,southwest,the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river and the south of Han River basin.The needles,branches,and bark material of Masson pine can be obtained essential oils.This paper through of Chinese fir and Masson pine oil extraction and bacteriostatic experiment demonstrate the efficacy inhibition of tree species and planting Chinese fir and Masson pine to form artificial health forest,through its inhibitory effects to purify the air,improve air quality and the construction of ecological aesthetics of landscape plants.This experiment to prove whether there are differences in the contents and components of the essential oil which were extracted from different parts of Chinese fir and Masson pine.With wood,branch,leaf and peel four parts of Chinese fir and Masson pine as the experiment materials for extraction of essential oil by using the steam distillation extraction method.Through the four parts of the oil extraction rate to determine the Chinese fir and Masson pine whether there are different essential oil between the different parts of the same plant,and whether there is a different essential oil content of similar part from different plants.Testing with the Salmonella,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus,Aspergillus niger,Penicillium and Rhizopus as the research object,the antimicrobial activity was studied by means of filter paper method.Compared the antibacterial efficiency of different parts by observed the circle of inhibiting bacterium.Bacteriostatic effect of the optimal selection of parts of the essential oil,the oil dilution with double dilution method in different concentrations,the determination of various fungi minimum inhibition concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC).The major results are as follows:1.The extraction rate of essential oil which obtained from wood of Chinese fir was the highest,the lowest was obtained from bark,and the rate respectively is 0.595%,0.028%.The essential oil rate of wood was 21.3 times more than the rate of bark.The sequence of the essential oil content of four parts from Chinese fir from the high to low is wood(0.595%)>branch(0.186%)>leaf(0.139%)>bark(0.028%).2.The extraction rate of essential oil which was obtained from leave of Masson pine was the highest,the lowest was obtained from wood,the rate respectively is 0.609%,0.049%.The essential oil rate of wood was 12.4 times more than the rate of bark.The sequence of the essential oil content of four parts from Masson pine from the high to low is leaf(0.609%)>bark(0.316%)>branch(0.176%)>wood(0.049%).3.The essential oil content of the four different parts of Chinese fir and Masson pine has a significant difference.For the essential oil content of the similar place of Chinese fir and Masson pine also have very big difference.S Such as the essential oil content of the wood of Chinese fir is relatively high,and the essential oil content of the wood of Masson pine is relatively to the lowest position.Visible,the essential oil content is different at different positions of the tree species,and the essential oil content of the similar parts of different tree species also have very big difference.In the future,the essential oil content of the part of the tree which is relatively high should be chosen for the part of extracting the essential oil while doing essential oil related research experiment.4.The Chinese fir essential oil has inhibitory effect to the bacteria,and the various fungi have significant inhibition effect,and inhibition effect of Escherichia coli is relatively strong.For fungus inhibition effect is not obvious.The high and low order from four parts of the essential oil content were wood>branch>leaf>bark,and antibacterial effect were wood>branch>leaf>bark.Known antibacterial effect strength was associated with the order of essential oil content,are positively related,the best part of antibacterial relatively optimal was wood.5.Masson pine has inhibitory effect on bacteria,fungi,and a significant difference was found in different parts of various bacteria inhibition effect.The essential oil content discretion of four parts from Masson pine leaf>bark>branch>wood,and antibacterial effect were leaf>bark>branch>wood,antibacterial effect is positively related to the content of essential oil,pine needles for antibacterial relatively optimal position.6.The experimental results of Chinese fir wood oil antibacterial.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC)of Escherichia coli was 0.5mg/ml.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC)of Salmonella,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus was 0.25mg/ml.The experimental results of essential oil from Masson pine needle antibacterial.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC)of Salmonella,Staphylococcus aureus,Aspergillus niger is 0.125mg/ml,The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC)of Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Penicillium(MIC)is 0.25mg/ml,The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC)of Rhizopus is 0.5mg/ml.7.The bacterial inhibitory effect of essential oil from Chinese fir is better than that of Masson pine,but it had no obvious inhibition to fungi.Masson pine had obviously inhibition to fungi.The experiment results for the optimal position of the wood of Chinese fir antibacterial,antimicrobial pine needles for optimal location,wood of Chinese fir and Masson pine needle oil content was relatively better part,each part of the strength of its known inhibitory effect of essential oil content is relative.8.The antibacterial plants of Chinese fir and Masson pine,used in the greening,can produce good visual effect of ecological landscape,and can play a remarkable ecological health function.Through the extraction and antimicrobial experiment of the essential oil of Chinese fir and Masson pine,we can choose the tree species,plant rationally and provide the theoretical basis for the selection of tree species for the selection of urban greening tree species.Through the analysis of Chinese fir and Masson pine in disposition and landscape,it can be seen that the plant extracts on the construction of ecological health care environment.
