| The area of the tea garden has reached more than 8000 hectares in Wuyishan in 2013,the tea output reached more than billions,the annual income of tea farmers gained one hundred thousand yuan,tea has been used as a key industry of Wuyishan city.Rougui variety is one of the main varieties of Wuyishan,its prices rose with the speed of 20%every year,and it is one of the endemic varieties in Wuyishan,strongly dependence and highly growth conditions,so improve the Rougui quality is one of the urgent problem need to solve.Wuyi Rock Tea is divided into Zhengyan,Banyan and Waishan over the past year,with the same conditions of variety,tree-age,production,season and process,the quality of different areas can have great disparity,Wuyi Rock Tea is divided into Famous rock area and Dan rock area in the newly Wuyi Rock Tea geographical indications.This paper study the effects of microenvironment on the quality of Rougui variety from the perspective of culture,to find out the measure to raise the quality of Wuyi Rock Tea.Research shows that:(1)Chart of the main biochemical components of Rougui variety fresh leaves in the different gardens which could find the fresh leaves in Famous rock area have higher the content of tea polyphenols and amino acid and content of caffeine than the fresh leaves in Dan rock area,so the fresh leaves in Famous rock area have great material basis.The content of tea polyphenols and caffeine have significant difference with the Wuyi Rougui in Famous rock area and Dan rock area,and the amino acid and content of aqueous extract have extremely significant difference.The Wuyi Rougui in Famous rock area have higher the content of tea polyphenols and amino acid and content of caffeine than the fresh leaves in Dan rock area,and lower phenol ammonia ratio and content of aqueous extract and total soluble sugar.(2)The fresh leaves have higher content of iron,calcium,magnesium,phosphorus,zinc,potassium in the Famous rock area,and lower with the nickel,copper and manganese.The phosphorus and the copper have significant correlation in the various mineral elements of fresh leaves with the T-test.The Wuyi Rougui have higher content of iron,calcium,magnesium,phosphorus,potassium in the Famous rock area,and lower with the nickel,copper,zinc and manganese.The potassium and the magnesium have significant correlation in the various mineral elements of fresh leaves with the T-test.(3)The copper and the nickel in the Dan rock area of the fresh leaves have higher than in the Famous rock area with the same process.The manganese and magnesium in the Famous rock area of the Wuyi Rougui have higher than in the Dan rock area in the situation of same variance.Finding with the different content of the mineral elements in the processing,the processing only impact the iron and the copper,this might have reason with the machine So we can think the various mineral elements in the tea relate with the soil.The fresh leaves of the Rougui rich product the calcium,magnesium,phosphorus,manganese,the content of the potassium the same with the soil,and the other mineral elements lower than the soil’s.(4)The difference of the average monthly temperature all over the year in different tea garden were small,the variation coefficients were all less than 0.1.As the most tea gardens were surrounded by the forest,the direct rate of sun was low and the high level of air humidity and average temperatures was not high generally.Average humidity in each tea garden throughout the year remained at more than 70%,It’s mainly because rainful days estimated 100 days,by the same thing,parts of the tea garden were in the pit,the illumination time throughout the year is short,luxuriant vegetation and the high level of air humidity.The starting of effective accumulated temperature in Famous rock area later than in Dan rock area,and the accumulation rate is so slow,this is mainly reason the processing time of Rougui variety fresh leaves in the Famous rock area later a week than the Dan rock area. |
