Changting is a typical region of soil erosion in south of China. In recent years,Fujian province has invested much human?physical and financial resources to govern water and soil loss in Changting, and it has been changed a lot.But the ecological environment in Changting is still weak, and soil fertility is also poor. This research mainly focus on the Myrica rubra ochard in Sanzhou,Changting. Then carried out a field survey and collected the main organics that produced by local agriculture in Sanzhou, through culture experiment, pot experiment?field experiment, tests and analysis,to study the effects of different organics on soil physical and chemical properties and the growth of crops,in order to provide some theoretical foundations to improve the soil fertility of the Myrica rubra ochard in Sanzhou,Changting. It is also meaningful to use local organics reasonably. The results were:1.The content of basic nutrients in the soil of Myrica rubra ochardThe analysis results of 105 soil samples that collected from Myrica rubra ochard in Sanzhou indecated that, the pH was about 4.00?5.33,and 4.68 in average, about 37%of all samples'pH<4.50.The content of organic matter was 2.89?36.71g/kg,15.36 g/kg in average, and 55%of all<15g/kg.The content of total nitrogen was 0.02?1.56g/kg,and 0.375g/kg in average,77%was at a extremely low level(N<0.5g/kg).The number of total nitrogen above mid-level was only 7pcs(N1?1.5g/kg),and 13%of all samples' available nitrogen>100.00mg/kg.The content of total phosphorus was 0.05?1.03g/kg,0.285g/kg in average, with 91pcs at a extremely level(<0.40g/kg).The content of available phosphorus was 0?16.21mg/kg,and there was 21%of all could not be tested. The content of total potassium was all at a mid-level or more lower, and 61%was at a lower level. The content of available potassium was 22.30?108.85mg/kg,all were at mid-level or more lower,65%was at a vevry low level. The content of exchangeable calcium and exchangeable magnesium were both in low levels. The content of exchangeable calcium was 304.37mg/kg in average and 57.32mg/kg of exchangeable magnesium.76%exchangeable calcium and 45%exchangeable magnesium were at the lowest level. The CEC in the soil was 11.62cmol/kg in average, and 83pcs were below mid-level.2.The effects of nutrients in Myrica rubra ochard soil by applying orgaincs in different timesAfter 110d culture experiment, the result indicated that, the content of organic matter of T2-T10 were all higher than CK.T3,T2 increased the most no matter in organic matter, but also in pH,and 4.33 and 5.40g/kg organic matter and 0.79 and 0.73 pH more than CK.On the 110th day of culture experiment, the content of available nitrogen T6,T3 soil was 30.35and23.06mg/kg higher than CK.The content of available phosphorus of all the treatments were 0.97?28.25mg/kg higher than CK,T2 and T3 increased the most. The content of available potassium in all treatments were 21.90-78.23mg/kg higher than CK,and T4 and T9 were both the highest treatments with 120.60mg/kg.3.Effects on the growth of Poona pea by applying organics in Myrica rubra ochardThe pot experiment result that growed Poona pea in Myrica rubra ochard soil indicated that different organics could improve the growth of Poona pea,and treatment P2 had the greater influence. The Pn of Poona pea leaves of treatment P2 was 6.75umol/(m2.s)more than CK.On the sixtieth day of pot experiment, the number of leaves of treatment P2 was 53pcs/pot more than CK,and 16.77cm in plant height. After the pot experiment, the fresh weight of treatment P2 was 191.95g higher than CK,and dry weight was 23.23g higher. All of these characters were all significant difference between the CK.4.Effects on the nutrients of Poona pea by applying organics in Myrica rubra ochardThe analysis to the nutrients in Poona pea after the pot experiment showed that,The content of nitrogen of treatmentP2 and P3 in Poona pea were higher than other treatments(4.60%and 4.56%),and were 1.71%,1.67%higher than CK.The least treatment was P5,only 0.27%higher than CK.The content of phosphorus of treatment P3 and P9 reached 0.189%and 0.197%,about 1 times more than CK.The content of potassium in Poona pea was P9>P5>P7>P8>P6>P10>P4>P3>P2>P1,P9,P5 reached 3.09%and 2.90%,1.90%and 1.71%higher than CK.5.Effects on the soil nutrients and enzyme activity by applying organics in Myrica rubra ochardAfter the pot experiment, the content of available nitrogen in treatment P3 soil was 128.87mg/kg,and 28.89mg/kg higher then CK,the available nitrogen of the other treatments was 5.59-27.79mg/kg more than CK.The content of available phosphorus in treatment P2 and P3 were 19.25and 27.12mg/kg,14.63mg/kg and 22.50mg/kg higher than CK.The content of available potassium in soil of all treatments were at a low level, treatment P4 and P9 were both the highest treatments(34.82mg/kg).It also had some effects on the activities of enzymes by using organics. The result showed that,it had less influence to the activity of MDA.Treatment P6?P7?P8 and P10 promoted the activity of urase, and treatment P2 was better to increse the actiities of sucrase and ACP.6.The product effect of growing green manures in Myrica rubra ochardThe result of fresh weight of green manures that growed in waxberry garden indicated that, the yield per acre of Poona pea was 2033.77kg,which was heigher than other green manures. The yield per acre of other green manures were 733.37kg for soybean stalk,2000.10kg for broadleafpaspalum,1166.72kg forpaspalum notatum and 1000.05kg for chrysanthemum.
