Loquat(Eriobotrya japonica(Thunb.)Lindl.)is an important tree species of fruit trees in Fujian Province.It's sweet and sour taste,strong flavor,welcomed by the vast number of consumers.Loquat fruit is susceptible to the effects of climate,temperature,humidity and other climate instability factors,and the damage of birds is serious,bagging has become the basic measure to ensure the production of high quality and high yield loquat.At present the main problem of loquat bagging is the low light,poor ventilation,too large of humidity,seriously affected the fruit quality.Therefore,to improve the fruit commodity and economic benefits,we need to production more appropriate fruit bag.This study measured the microenvironment in different bags,compared the effect of half translucent fruit bag on the quality of loquat fruit,analysis of its economic benefits,which provides a theoretical basis for the application and popularization of loquat fruit bag in actual production.The results are as follows:1.The changes of temperature and humidity in the half translucent fruit bag were consistent with the outside environment.Lowing down the external temperature mutation and the improvement for the humidity inside the bag were shown in half translucent bags.During the day of 12:00?14:00 period,the temperature in aluminized film(1/2)+50 mesh nylon mesh(1/2)fruit bag(Named,inovation bag)was effectively reduced to 2.9?3.4?.The invoation bag also significantly reduced the maximum light intensity of sunshine 97.51%,with a certain light transmission,suitable for the growth and development of loquat fruit.2.The characteristics inovation bag was relatively constant temperature with the weak light transmission.The average daily light intensity inside inovation bag was 119.2 Lux.The temperature in silver aluminum foil bag was significantly reduced,while for the humidity inside the bag was significantly improved to 222.6%without any light transmission.The extreme temperature inside day and night was up to 32.64? in the Kraft paper bag.White paper bag,inner black outer yellow double paper bag and aluminized film(1/2)+plastic film(1/2)homemade bag-4 were not conducive to heat and ventilation.3.The contents of chlorophyll,carotenoids,flavonoids,total phenols and ascorbic acid were decreased in different bagging,especial significantly decreased anthocyanins value.The fruit acid reduction,solid acid ratio improvement and fruit ripening was promoted by the inovation bagging,and the content of essential amino acids and semi-essential amino acids was also significantly increased,the improvement of the PPO activity in mature fruit.The value of iron and calcium in ripening fruit was obviously improved by the inovation bagging,respectively,0.50 mg/100g and 148.4mg/100g,comparied with kraft paper bags(0.43 mg/100 g,94.1 mg/100 g)and silver aluminum foil bags(0.34 mg/100 g,81.8 mg/100 g).4.The rate of good fruit rate was up to 86.27%by the inovation bagging,the shape of fruit was better than the others bagging.The characteristics of inovation bagging were long recovery rate.The output value of inovation bagging is ?100.3524 thousand/hm2 per year,the income is?8.6524 million yuan/hm2.Comparied with silver aluminum foil bags and Kraft paper bags,the benefits by inovation bags were increased up to 20.71%and 37.73%,repectively,three years later.Combined with different bags of micro-domain environment and the impact of fruit quality,this paper argues that,Semi-translucent bag can significantly improve the fruit quality of loquat.Flavor is better than silver aluminum foil bags,good fruit rate and fruit appearance quality are significantly improved than Kraft paper bags.Improved bag can Increase the yield and economic benefits of loquat,suits for promotion and application.
