This experiment was carried out at the Beijing Experimental Base of the Crop Sciences Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences from 2015 to 2016.It use N topdressing proportion,P topdressing proportion and Zinc spraying on the leaf fertilizer as regulatory factors and also studied the effects of fertilizer application on yield and quality formation of precocious type of wheat variety.The test material is Zhongmai 8.The main results are as follows:1.when P application rate was certain,phosphorus fertilizer application had no significant influence on Yield and yield components of wheat.Under the same amount of nitrogen fertilizer,the ratio of top dressing was too high,which was not conducive to the increase of yield and 1000 grain weight.Foliar application of zinc fertilizer could significantly increase yield and 1000 grain weight.Through the analysis of nitrogen phosphorus and zinc fertilizer of three kinds of interaction effect of fertilizer,grain number per spike fertilizer topdressing nitrogen proportion,were 5:5 and the low concentration of zinc fertilizer,increased by 20.4%;the highest number of cuttings is all phosphorus base fertilizer,nitrogen fertilizer and 3:7 with low concentration of zinc fertilizer;the highest yield and 1000 grain weight as base fertilizer,all phosphorus nitrogen proportion 5:5 and spraying high concentration of zinc fertilizer reached 8130.7 kg-hm-2 and 40.6g respectively.2.The highest chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate appeared before and after 7days,and then decreased gradually.Fertilizer ratio of base and Topdressing on chlorophyll and photosynthetic rate had no significant effect;improve the proportion of nitrogen,significantly increased the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of flag leaf,spraying high concentration of zinc fertilizer could significantly increase the content of chlorophyll.In view of the early maturing varieties,and the response to nitrogen is not very sensitive,so the nitrogen fertilizer caused by green late maturing,this may be the results of this study are mainly due to different from the previous results.3.At the end of all phosphorus can increase the grain protein content of grain,and the proportion of soluble phosphate fertilizer had little effect on protein content of albumin,globulin and alcohol.Increasing the ratio of topdressing nitrogen fertilizer at jointing stage is beneficial to improve the content of protein and components in grain,and improve the grain quality of wheat.Foliar application of Zn fertilizer can improve the gliadin and glutenin content in flour.The results show that the related nutritional quality of albumin and globulin,mainly concentrated in the bran,and closely related to processing quality of gliadin and glutenin in wheat flour.4.The formation time and water absorption rate and bulk density increased with the increase of the proportion of nitrogen,the highest values were 5.14 min,58.28% and 809.66 g/L;stable time is 5:5 > 3:7 > 7:3,8.16 min > 8.15 min > 7.89min;wet gluten content in 5:5 treatment was the highest,was 30.28%,significantly higher than the other two treatments;the settlement was 5:5 > 3:7 > 7:3,there were significant differences among different treatments.Foliar application of zinc fertilizer is beneficial to improve the processing quality indexes except flour extraction rate.5.The application of P fertilizer was helpful to promote the absorption of Fe and Mn by Zhong Mai No.8.Increasing the ratio of topdressing nitrogen and spraying zinc fertilizer promoted the absorption of Fe,Zn and Cu in grain,but inhibited the absorption of Mn.The content of four trace elements in the powder was 23.77 mg/kg,18.80 mg/kg,7.38 mg/kg and 33.70 mg/kg respectively;Fe 3.25 mg/kg,Mn 1.44 mg/kg,Cu 2.55mg/kg,Zn 5.66 mg/kg flour;were Fe 74.61 mg/kg,Mn 65.04 mg/kg,Cu16.53 mg/kg,Zn 105.33 mg /kg in the bran.The results showed that four kinds of trace elements were mainly concentrated in bran..
