Camellia oleifera Industry in China is developing rapidly,but the impact of insect pests on C.oleifera industry is very serious.Chemical control is easy to cause environmental pollution,and lead to the emergence of drug resistance of pests,the non pollution control of C.oleifera pests is of concern.Trapping prevention and control with low toxicity and harmless,environmental safety,pests are not easy to produce resistance and so on.This research was based on the host plant and habitat plants of C.oleifera pests,according to the literature and investigation,this paper chooses the material which has good effect on the insect pests of C.oleifera,as well as the local host plant extracts of C.oleifera pests,conducted a study on plant source attractant screening.Through the lure experiment of C.oleifera pests,the volatile compounds with good effect on C.oleifera pests were screened out,and the selected volatiles were developed into a kind of C.oleifera pests plant sourse attractant.At the same time,the trapping agent was developed and the trapping technique was studied.The main resaults are as follows:(1)Effects of different plant extracts on the inducing effect of C.oleifera:In the lure of C.oleifera pests in plant extracts,10 families and 13 insects were trapped.The water control showed that the pests of the Cicadellidae,the Ricaniidae,the Aleyrodidae and the Tettigoniidae were able to be stimulated by the color palette without being affected by the odor information.The number and type of insects lured by water extract of Cinnamomum camphora leaves were the most,including the pests of the Cicadellidae,the Membracidae,the Rutelidae,the Motschulsky,the Mordellidae,the Aleyrodidae the Tortricidae and the Tettigoniidae,the trapping effect was similar to that of the water extract of C.oleifera leaves,and there was potential to water extract of Cinnamomum camphora leaves for development as an attractant of C.oleifera.300mL water extract of C.camphora leaves had the best lure effect to the Cicadellidae,the Scarabaeidae,the Tortricidae,the Limacodidae,the Aleyrodidae and the Tettigoniidae.When the dose of ethanol extract of C.camphora leaves and ethanol extract of C.oleifera.leaves were 200mL,the number of the Cicadellidae and the Scolytidae trapped by them was reached the maximum.(2)Development of plant attractor for C.oleifera:The best extraction conditions were as follows:the solid-liquid ratio was 1:10,the extraction time was 135min,and 100g/L NaCl was added.The best emulsifier is Tween-20.Through the experiment in the forest,it was confirmed that the water-soluble essential oil attractant formula was 0.003 g/mL for the volatile extract and 0.010 g/mL for the emulsifier Tween-20,the rest of the components in the sterile water.300 mL of attractant into the trap,hanging in the forest for use each time.(3)Study on application technology of plant attractor in C.oleifera:Through the experiment of luring in the forest,it was found that the optimal trap with the attractant was C type trap,and the optimum suspension height was 0.9m.From April to August in 2016,a total of 4558 of pests of C.camphora were trapped,belonging to 4 orders,13 families and 20 species.Among them,the amount of adult pests of C.camphora trapped by attractant showed significant rhythm changes with time.The different groups of C.oleifera pests have different degrees of fluctuation during the test period,the time of emergence and the number of captured in each stage are different.The sucking insects in a dominant position,a total spesices of 11,accounting for 55%of all species,the capture was 4104,the relative abundance was up to 0.9004.
