The turtle's industrial culture is a kind of culture mode under the condition of closed artificial temperature control.The advantage is constant temperature,constant humidity,convenient operation and high yield.The disadvantage is that the environment is closed,the water is low N,P elements,water over fat,high turbidity.In order to improve the water quality,improve the density of the tank culture and promote the sustainable development of turtle breeding,in this study,the microfiltration water treatment equipment will be used in greenhouse cultivation of Taiwan turtle,that is,in the traditional breeding mode,Water treatment equipment,through the micro-filter equipment in the water body of excess solid particles in time from the aquaculture of water separated,so as to reduce the organic matter due to oxidative decomposition of ammonia nitrogen,nitrite and other harmful substances to further pollute the growth of the turtle environment,specific The conclusions of the study are as follows:?1?In order to understand the environment of Taiwan turtle breeding,this study carried out a survey on the environment of water culture in a turtle farm in Yu hang District of Hangzhou,and carried out the water of Taiwan turtle in greenhouse,greenhouse and pond culture mode respectively.The average concentration of ammonia,nitrite,COD and TS in the greenhouse was 422.54±6.49 mg·L-1?0.57±0.20 mg·L-1?900.11±15.52 mg·L-1?1.60±0.03 g·L-1,and the average concentration of ammonia,nitrite,COD and TS in the water culture was 378.98±11.03 mg·L-1?0.56±0.13 mg·L-1?916.7±12.29 mg·L-1?2.26±0.02 g·L-1;In the pond culture mode,the average concentration of ammonia,nitrite,COD and TS was 5.28±0.08 mg·L-1?0.41±0.04 mg·L-1?16.4±0.67 mg·L-1?0.45±0.03g·L-1,respectively.?2?In order to explore the effect of different mesh size of filter on the culture water of the filter,five sets of different mesh?80,120,180,250,350 meshes?the results showed that the removal rate of TS and COD increased with the increase of the mesh size of the filter.When the mesh size was 350 meshes,the COD reached the highest removal rate,which was 28.58±0.18%.When the mesh size was 180 meshes,the TS reached the highest removal rate,which was 16.78%.For ammonia nitrogen and nitrite,the mesh with small mesh size has no effect on the removal of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite,but it will increase.When the mesh size increases,ammonia nitrogen and nitrite begin to degrade.The concentration is lower than the concentration of the original aquaculture water.When the number is 180 meshes,the ammonia concentration of water decreased by 1.16 mg·L-1,and when the number was 350 meshes,the decrease of ammonia nitrogen concentration was the most obvious,decreased by 31.1 mg·L-1,and the concentration of nitrite decreased by0.03 mg·L-1.?3?Compared with the control group,the experimental group is used with micro filter,and the overall level of ammonia concentration in the water was significantly lower than the control group of ammonia nitrogen concentration.The average concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the control group was 425.29 mg·L-1,and the average concentration of ammonia nitrogen was 387.36 mg·L-11 in the control group.Compared with the control group decreased by 37.93 mg·L-1,and according to single factor analysis of variance,the use of microfilm can maintain the concentration of ammonia in the water at a very low level of significant differences.While the use of nitrite in water,the use of micro filters did not significantly affect.The nitrite concentration in the test group was 0.47 mg·L-1in the experimental group from day 10 to day 38,and the average nitrite concentration in the control group was 0.60 mg·L-1.The nitrite in the two groups was Low level,and according to single factor analysis of variance,there was no significant difference between the two.The use of micro filter has a very significant effect on the total particulate matter concentration in the water.The average concentration of total particulate matter in the water was 2.49 g·L-1in the time of the opening of the micro filter?days 10 to 38?,and the total concentration of the water in the control group was 3.53 g·L-1,the total particle concentration of the control was 1.04 g·L-11 higher than that of the test group.According to the single factor analysis,it was found that the concentration of total particulate matter in the test group and the control group showed a significant difference,and the use of the micro filter kept the total particulate matter concentration in the water at a stable low level.There was no significant difference between the test group and the control group for the COD concentration in the water body.?4?By exploring the effects of micro filter on the intake and the number of deaths,it was found that the use of micro filter significantly increased the intake of turtle.During the application of the microfiltration machine?days 10 to 38?,the average daily feed volume of the turtle was 34.9±3.1 Kg and the total feed was 1012.75 Kg.The average daily feed volume of the control turtle was 29.9±0.7 Kg,the total amount of feed is 868.5 Kg.There was a significant difference in the amount of feed between the test group and the control group,so it can be concluded that the use of micro filter can effectively improve the amount of turtle feed.In the reduction of the number of tortoise deaths,the test group and the control group also showed significant differences in the microfiltration machine to open the time?10 days to 38 days?,the control group of turtle total number of deaths of 65,the experimental group The total number of deaths was 34,about twice the number of deaths in the test group.The average body weight of the test group was about 13.9 g higher than that of the control group.The mean value of total protein,lipase and amylase in the test group was lower than that in the control group,but the average value of alkaline phosphatase was higher than that of the control group.
