| In the prerequisite of the development of modern computer information technol ogy,the level of agricultural modernization is improving constantly,the agricultural sector data explosive growth in agriculture,and gradually formed large data types,dynamic and complicated.Soil nutrient data as an important part of agricultural dat a,analysis of soil nutrient data and data mining algorithm to explore the soil nutrie nt status,is conducive to the management of soil nutrients.The paper takes Anhui province Mingguang City as the study area,collected from2005 to 2015 measured nutrient fertilizer formula for soil sampling point data into points in ARCGIS,and the unit and land management overlay,established attribute database.In the Hadoop cloud platform combined with the IDE programming software Eclipse to achieve the MapReduce mechanism,the soil nutrient attribute data preprocessing for soil nutrient data mining data warehouse preparation.Clustering algorithm is used to analyze fuzzy C and attribute weighting is used.The results show :(1)Building Hadoop cloud platform on Linux operating system.Based on IDE programming software Eclipse,using MapReduce distributed data processing mechanism for data preprocessing on soil nutrient data,definition of the map function for Key-Value and generate intermediate key value pairs,parallel operation on the same data set for each target.In this stage,the soil nutrient values were extracted and the data were supported by the fuzzy C algorithm.(2)The use of typical fuzzy C clustering algorithm to analyze the Anhui province from 2005 to 2015,Mingguang City,soil nutrient data,in the same power index under the condition that the objective function was used for data set optimization and establish fuzzy matrix,then respectively to cluster the nutrient elements in soil total nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium.On the basis of the traditional fuzzy C algorithm,this paper applies the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each soil nutrient element,and carries on the weighted fuzzy C algorithm.After the pretreatment of soil nutrient data through the unweighted and weighted fuzzy C algorithm analysis,the objective function value is reduced by about thirty percent and the clustering effect is improved.(3)The soil nutrient data after analysis of fuzzy C algorithm is not weighted,compared with fuzzy C algorithm classification results and spatial variability of attribute weights,the classification results of the latter than the former number similarity was strengthened,the soil nutrient data category similarity with the year approaching,the Anhui province Mingguang City Spatial Variability of soil nutrients decreased and reduce the annual difference of soil nutrients,after years of scientific fertilization,farmland nutrient status have been improved in recent years,the soil nutrient status for reference for agricultural workers analysis,farmland fertilization area management according to the.In addition,in many clustering algorithms,fuzzy C algorithm is helpful for the evaluation ofsoil nutrient trend,which can be used for further improvement.This study to analyze the data of soil nutrients,plays an important role in the evaluation and prediction of Anhui province Mingguang City soil nutrient,has the reference value to the data of soil nutrients and other categories of large-scale data clustering analysis,and has important significance to promote the sustainable development of agriculture. |
