Bacillus app.is a kind of aerobic and facultative anaerobic Gram-positive rod-shaped bacteria,which can produce endospores of resistance.In the biological characteristics,Bacillus subtilis has the typical characteristics of Bacillus,which has strong resistance,rapid growth,adapt to a wide range of advantages.On the one hand,Bacillus subtilis secreted the antimicrobial substances have inhibition to pathogenic fungi,bacteria and virus,its research and applications in the field of biological pesticides is very extensive.On the other hand,Bacillus subtilis have a certain role on the growth of crops,can achieve the effect of increasing production.Furthermore,it is easy to made of microbial agents.and easy to storage transport,which conducive to achieving large-scale production.Therefore,Bacillus subtilis has good application prospects and great potential for development.In order to develop a better Bacillus microbial agents,the present study by flat growth-promoting confrontation and sunflower experiment for screening Biocontrol best of Bacillus strains SYST2.We have chosen Bacillus subtilis SYST2 as the bacterial strain to the field experiment on potato and sunflower in Inner Mongolia.We investigation and statistics its physiology of potato and sunflower in each growth stages,which can describe the growth promotion and disease prevention effects of Bacillus subtilis SYST2 to potato and sunflower.Through the experiments we found that Bacillus subtilis SYST2 has a preventive effect on the potato to increase the yield per mu,plant height,root length.fresh weight,root fresh weight and has a preventive effect to Potato Scab.It also have a good preventive effect on sunflower to increase the yield per mu,heavy plate,disc diameter,kernel weight and has a preventive effect to Sunflower Sclerotinia.The potato field experiment in Wuchuan showed that Bacillus subtilis SYST2 have a significant role in promoting to seedling height,root length,fresh weight and root fresh weight at the seeding stage.Fresh weight and root fresh weight was significantly increased by 22.26%and 12.08%;There have a significant role in promoting to fresh weight,root fresh weight and tuber number at the potato growing season.Fresh weight,root fresh weight and tuber number were increased by 57.56%,42.98%and 32.65%;There have a significant role in promoting to potato products,potato products quality and yield per mu at the potato harvest several.After administration of Bacillus,the per hole number of potato products,quality potato products and yield per mu were increased by 48.90%,42.90%and 16.13%,the Potato Scab was controlled by 34.37%.The potato field experiment in Siziwangqi showed that Bacillus Bacillus SYST2 have a significant role in promoting to fresh weight,root fresh weight and tuber number at the potato growing season.Fresh weight,root fresh weight and tuber number were increased by 15.74%,48.85%and 44.19%.There have a significant role in promoting to potato products,potato products quality and yield per mu at the potato harvest several.After administration of Bacillus,the per hole number of potato products,quality potato products and yield per mu were increased by 52.90%,24.80%and 18.18%,the Potato Scab was controlled by 36.81%.The potato field experiment in Taipusiqi showed that Bacillus subtilis SYST2 have a significant role in promoting to root length,fresh weight and root fresh weight at the potato growing season.Its seedling root length,fresh weight and root fresh weight were increased by 29.4%,12.96%and 44.34%,its vigorous growth of fresh weight,root fresh weight and tuber number were increased by 42.79%,26.02%and 40.43%;There have a significant role in promoting to potato products,potato products quality and yield per mu at the potato harvest several.After administration of Bacillus,the per hole number of potato products,quality potato products and yield per mu were increased by 46.40%,24.90%and 15.15%,the Potato.Scab was controlled by 38.20%.At the same time,we have done the experiment with growth and disease prevention of Bacillus subtilis SYST2 on sunflower in Inner Mongolia.The sunflower field experiment in Bayinxiang at Inner Mongolia showed that Bacillus subtilis SYST2 have a significant role in promoting to seedling height,root length,fresh weight and root fresh weight at the seeding stage.After administration of Bacillus,its seedling height,root length,fresh weight and root fresh weight was increased by 6.27%,19.50%,23.98%and 55.96%.There have a significant role in promoting to diameter and disc diameter at the sunflower growing season.After administration of Bacillus,its diameter,disc diameter was increased by 15.38%and 17.65%.There have a significant role in promoting to sunflower disc diameter,heavy plate,kernel weight,plumpness and yield per mu at the sunflower harvest several.After administration of Bacillus,its disc diameter,the plate weight,the kernel weight,plumpness and yield per mu was increased by 12.90%,12.00%,22.16%,10,01%and 11.54%,the Sunflower Sclerotinia was controlled by 31.61%.The sunflower field experiment in Danglanghudong at Inner Mongolia showed that Bacillus subtilis SYST2 have a significant role in promoting to diameter and disc diameter at the sunflower growing season.After administration of Bacillus,its diameter,disc diameter was increased by 19.40%and 17.39%.There have a significant role in promoting to sunflower disc diameter,heavy plate,kernel weight,plumpness and yield per mu at the sunflower harvest several.After administration of Bacillus,its disc diameter,the plate weight,the kernel weight,plumpness and yield per mu were increased by 27.61%,39.13%,18.30%,16.84%and 10.59%,the Sunflower Sclerotinia was controlled by 33.23%.
